Efficacy of Polymer free drug eluting stent versus polymer permanent drug eluting stents in non ST elevation acute coronary syndrome , single center

Research Abstract

: Drug eluting stents are coated with polymers facilitating drug release and remaining long after drug elution . These polymers can cause delayed healing, impaired stent strut endothelialization which can culminate in  stent thrombosis .(1)  polymer-free technology has developed to reduce the inflammatory and prothrombotic risks related to the utilization of polymers (2).
