Quality Assurance Unit 1 - The Board of Directors approved the approval of the Council of the Department of Architecture to approve the reports of the first semester of the academic year 2017/2018.  Decision: The Council was informed. 2 - The Council submitted to the approval of the Council of the Department of Architecture to approve the descriptions of the second semester of the academic year 2017/2018.  Decision: The Council was informed 3. The Council has submitted to the Council of the Mining and Metallurgical Engineering Department approval to form a committee to review the Elnars standards for the program's programs.Resolution: Approved by the Council. 4. The Board was briefed by the Board of the Electrical Engineering Department on the report submitted by Dr. / Osama Mohamed Haraz regarding the results of the student questionnaires for the first semester of the academic year 2017/2018 for the faculty members in the Department of Communications and Electronics.Decision: The Council was informed. 5. The Board presented the memorandum submitted by Mr. / Dean of the College regarding the establishment of the Electronic Management Unit and the Electronic Learning Unit.Resolution: Approved by the Council. 6 - The Board presented the approval of the Academic Committee of the Executive Program for Interior Architecture to form the Committee for Program Standards (2009 and 2016 Rules).Resolution: Approved by the Council.

Faculty Affairs 1. The Board presented the request submitted by the colleagues of the late student / Ahmed Saad Ahmed Abdullah, "may God have mercy on him", the second department, the Department of Architecture on the approval of the acceptance of their donation to Kolder in his name to the Department of Architecture.Resolution: Approved by the Council. 2- The Board of Directors of the Electrical Engineering Department presented to the Board the approval of Mr. Mazen Mohamed Shafiq Abdel Salam on the renewal of his candidacy for the Board of Directors of the Authority for the implementation of projects for hydroelectric power stations for a period of two years ending on 18/4/2020.Resolution: Approved by the Council. 3. The Board presented the memo submitted by Mr. / Dean of the College on the unified administrative and financial system for the new special programs in expenses and working in the credit hours system at the Faculty of Engineering, Assiut University.Resolution: Approved by the Council.

Cultural relations affairs First: Conferences.1. The Board of Directors of the Department of Electrical Engineering and the Committee on Cultural Relations approved the presence of Mr. / Mazen Mohammed Shafiq Abdul Salam, "International Conference of Maritime Transport" held in 18-20 / 3/2018 in Alexandria, where his sovereignty is acceptable to the Conference on The University shall bear the expenses of travel and accommodation. Resolution: Approved by the Council. 2- The Board of Directors of the Department of Mechanical Engineering and the Committee on Cultural Relations approved the travel of Dr. / Mohamed Omar Ahmed Abdul Jawad for the United Arab Emirates for two days 3-5 / 4/2018 to give a lecture in Mechanical Engineering Department at American University in Sharjah. Held by the University for postgraduate students. Entitled "Mechanical properties of biological cells and their use as a means of diagnosing diseases".Resolution: Approved by the Council. 3. The Board of Directors of the Department of Electrical Engineering and the Committee on Cultural Relations agreed to the presence of Mr. / Mo'men Taha Hanafi, Professor in the section "The World Conference on Intelligent Intelligence, which will be held from 8-13 / 7/2018 in Brazil, where his sovereignty is acceptable. In the Conference that the University shall not bear any expenses.Resolution: Approved by the Council. 4- The Board of Directors of the Department of Electrical Engineering and the Committee on Cultural Relations agreed to the presence of Mr. Dr. Mohamed Medhat Tawfiq Abdel Rahim, "International Conference on Wireless Communication and Mobile Computing"'' The 14th International Wireless Communications And Mobile Computing Conference (IWCMC 2018)    Which will be held from 25-29 / 6/2018 in Cyprus, as its sovereignty is considered acceptable to the Conference, provided that the University shall bear the expenses of travel, residence and registration at the Conference.Resolution: Approved by the Council. 5. The Board of Directors of the Department of Electrical Engineering and the Committee on Cultural Relations agreed to the apology of Mr. Esam Mohamed Khaled, the Professor in the Department, for attending the SPIE Photonics Europe 2018 Conference which will be held from 22-26 / 4/2018 in Strasbourg, France. To delay the issuance of the University's decision to attend the conference because of delayed security response.Resolution: Approved by the Council. 6 - The Board presented the approval of the Council of the Department of Architecture and the Committee on Cultural Relations to the presence of Eng. / Islam Mohammed Sayed - Demonstrator section "the second International Conference of Architecture and Workshop organized by the University of Effat - Jeddah - Saudi Arabia, which will be held from 16-22 / 4/2018 Where he has an acceptable research at the conference to ensure that the university does not bear any expenses.Resolution: Approved by the Council. 7. The Board presented the Ninth International Conference on Architecture and Architecture, which will be held at the Department of Architecture, Assiut University, on 19/3/2019.Resolution: Approved by the Council.

Education and Student Affairs 1. The Board of Directors approved the approval of the Education and Student Affairs Committee on the decision of the Council of the Civil Engineering Department regarding the formation of the second semester examination committees for the academic year 2017/2018, as well as the decisions that have the consequences.Resolution: Approved by the Council. 2. The Council has submitted to the Council the approval of the Committee for Education and Students Affairs on the decision of the Council of the Department of Mechanical Engineering on the proposal to form the committees for the examinations of the bachelor's degree for the second semester of the academic year 2017/2018 as well as the waste.Resolution: Approved by the Council. 3. The Board of Directors approved the approval of the Education and Student Affairs Committee on the decision of the Council of the Department of Electrical Engineering regarding the formation of Examinations Examinations Committees for the second semester of the academic year 2017/2018.Resolution: Approved by the Council. 4- The Board of Directors approved the approval of the Education and Student Affairs Committee on the decision of the Council of the Department of Electrical Engineering on the formation of committees for the exams of the second semester of the academic year 2017/2018.Resolution: Approved by the Council. 5. The Board of Directors approved the approval of the Education and Student Affairs Committee on the decision of the Mining and Metallurgical Engineering Department's Board regarding the formation of the Examinations Examinations Committees for the second semester of the academic year 2017/2018.Resolution: Approved by the Council. 6. The Board of Directors approved the approval of the Education and Student Affairs Committee on the decision of the Mining and Metallurgical Engineering Department Council regarding the formation of the second semester examination committees for the academic year 2017/2018.Resolution: Approved by the Council. 7 - The Board of Directors approved the approval of the Committee on Education and Student Affairs on the decision of the Council of the Department of Architecture on the formation of Examinations Examinations Committees for the second semester of the academic year 2017/2018.Resolution: Approved by the Council. 8 - The Council submitted the approval of the Committee on Education and Student Affairs on the decision of the Council of the Department of Architecture on the formation of committees for exams for the second semester of the academic year 2017/2018.Resolution: Approved by the Council. 9- The Board presented the approval of the Education and Student Affairs Committee to the decision of the Mechanical Engineering Department's Council regarding the request submitted by Dr. Wael Mahmoud Kheir El-Din. The exam should be "Mechanical Design 2" for third year students. Open Book System.Resolution: Approved by the Council. 10- The Board presented to the Council the approval of the Education and Student Affairs Committee on the decision of the Council of the Department of Electrical Engineering on the request submitted by Mr. / Dr. Khaled Mamdouh Shaaban - the exam should be the course "Data structures" for students of the third division Electricity Computers and Systems Division All regulations for the semester For the academic year 2017/2018 open book system.Resolution: Approved by the Council. 11- The Board presented the approval of the Education and Student Affairs Committee to the decision of the Board of the Electrical Engineering Department regarding the application submitted by Mr. / Dr. Khaled Mamdouh Shaaban - the course should be the "Computer Adaptation Courses" for the fourth year students. For the second semester of the academic year 2017/2018 open book system.Resolution: Approved by the Council. 12- The Board was presented with the denial of some students to take the exam to exceed the percentage of absenteeism allowed by all teams in the departments of the college and special programs for the second semester of the academic year 2017 / 2018. "Attached is the names of disadvantaged students"     In accordance with the decision of the College Council in the previous session No. (1066) on 19/2/2018. Resolution: The Council approved the following:          1- The period until the end of the academic year shall be considered a period of attendance for all students.        2 - depriving the students whose absence rate is 40% or more according to the statements from the special departments and                    programs.        3 - To alert the Department of Education and students to declare disadvantaged students in all means of advertising college                      (Internet - bulletin board - a letter of knowledge access - direct alert). 13. The Board presented the letter from Mr. / Vice President for Education and Students Affairs regarding the travel of the Assuit University Students Union to participate in the cadres of the Institute of Leadership Development in Helwan and taking the necessary postponement of the exams of the participating students as well as exemption from attendance of the students in this period. 11-16 / 4/2018.The Education and Student Affairs Committee is recommended to take into consideration the students' examination as well as the attendance from 11-16 / 4/2018 for students. The Council presented the letter from the Director of Youth Welfare, Assiut University, concerning the Ministry of Youth and Sports in cooperation with the Moral Affairs of the Armed Forces and the Egyptian Opera House in organizing and implementing the celebration of the 36th anniversary of the liberation of Sinai for the moral affairs of the International Conference Center.
