Abstract
Uterine fibroids (UFs) are non-cancerous tumors of the uterus that often lead to significant health issues such as bleeding, pain, and infertility. This study aimed to evaluate the effects of ginger extract on the lipid profile and liver function in uterine fibroid-induced rats. Thirty adult female Wistar albino rats were divided into three groups: a negative control group, a UF group, and a UF group treated with ginger ethanolic extract (GEE) at a dose of 100 mg/kg/day for six weeks. The results showed that rats with uterine fibroids exhibited significant biochemical alterations. Serum total cholesterol (T.C) was significantly elevated (273.3±7.4 mg/dl), along with triglycerides (T.G) (245.8±16.9 mg/dl), and low-density lipoprotein (LDL) (186.3±10 mg/dl), while high-density lipoprotein (HDL) levels were significantly decreased (37.3±1.02 mg/dl). Moreover, glucose levels were elevated (181.4±40.3 mg/dl), indicating metabolic dysfunction. In terms of liver function, there was a notable increase in liver enzyme activities: alanine aminotransferase (ALT) (74.2±7.11 U/L), aspartate aminotransferase (AST) (98.8±8.6 U/L), alkaline phosphatase (ALP) (164.4±7.4 U/L), and gamma-glutamyl transferase (GGT) (14.6±1.7 U/L), suggesting liver damage and dysfunction. Treatment with GEE (100 mg/kg/day) led to significant improvements in these parameters. Serum T.C was reduced to (127.7±6.6 mg/dl), T.G to (120.6±15 mg/dl), and glucose to (102.9±0.7 mg/dl). Furthermore, liver enzyme levels decreased significantly: ALT (40±3.3 U/L), AST (70.5±8.6 U/L), ALP (89±5.7 U/L), and GGT (7.5±0.6 U/L), suggesting the therapeutic potential of GEE. These results indicate that ginger extract has a beneficial effect in managing lipid metabolism and liver function in uterine fibroid-induced rats, demonstrating its potential as a therapeutic agent for uterine fibroids.

Abstract
Helicobacter pylori(H. pylori) is a spiral shaped bacterium that lives and multiplies in the lining of the stomach, and it is a common cause of many stomach diseases including peptic ulcers.this study aims to show the effect of curcumin on helicobacter pylori in experimental rats .Sixty adulte male albino rats, weighting (140+10g) were randomly into six groups (10 rats each). as follows: Group (1): Comprised of normal rats as negative control groups(-ve), Group (2): Comprised of rats those were subjected to oral administration of curcuma aqueous extract (CAE) at a dose (200 mg/kg/day) . Group (3): Comprised of rats those were subjected to oral administration of curcuma aqueous extract (CAE) at a dose (400 mg/kg/day) .Group (4): Comprised of rats those were subjected to injection of (1mL/rat) twice daily) H. pylori act as a positive control(+ve).Group (5): Comprise of rats infected by H. pylori those were treated oral with at a dose (200 mg/kg/day) CAE andGroup (6): Comprise of rats infected by H. pylori those were treated oral with at a dose (400 mg/kg/day) CAE, for six weeks . At the end of the experiment, the rats were sacrificed, and serum was collected for biochemical analyses . Moreover The results revealed that curcuma aqueous extract 15Phenolic constituents . besides results indicated that the rats treated with curcuma aqueous extract 200 and 400 mg/kg/day showed significantly , decreases in serum cholesterol, triglycerides, glucose and LDL-C matched with significant increased in serum HDL-C, In addition , at (p≤0.05) there were decreased ,serum ALT, AST, ALP, and GGT, Also, serum urea, creatinine, and uric acid levels, when compared with group (4), So this study recommended to use curcumin in diets for it is many benefits.

يهدف البحث الحالي الي إلقــاء الضــوء علــى إمكانيــة الاســتفادة مــن أهــم أدوات وتطبيقات الذكاء الاصطناعي في استحداث مجموعـة مـن التصـميمات الملابس المقتبسـة مـن ملابس السيدة ام كلثوم حيث عبرت ملابسها عن تاريخها الفني وموهبتها العريقة والذي كان جزءا مهما من ادائها الطموح، وقد تميزت ملابسها والمكملات الخاصة بها بتصميمات راقية ومتنوعة في تقنيات تنفيذها، ولذلك وجدت الباحثة انه يمكن التحقق من امكانية الاعتماد علــى تطبيقات الذكاء الاصطناعي بشــكل أساســي للتصــميم ملابس معاصرة مستحدثة مستوحاة من تصميمات ملابس السيدة ام كلثوم، والوقــوف علــى المميــزات والمعوقــات التي يمكن أن تواجه المستخدم أثناء التطبيقات .
وقد اتبع البحث المنهج الوصفي والمنهج الشبة تجريبي وتكونت عينه البحث من عدد من المتخصصين من السادة اعضاء هيئة التدريس وعددهم (11).وللتحقق من نتائج تم اعداد استبانة استطلاع راي الاساتذة المتخصصين في مجال الملابس والنسيج لاختيار افضل التصميمات الملابس المقتبسـة مـن ملابس السيدة ام كلثوم والتي يمكن تنفيذها باستخدام تطبيقات الذكاء الاصطناعي. وتشير نتائج البحث الي وجود فروق ذات دلالة احصائية بين التصميمات المقترحة من حيث تحقق عناصر التصميم واسس التصميم وكذلك تحقق الجانب الوظيفي في التصميمات المقترحة وذلك بنسب تتراوح ما بين (94,15 %:99,34%) وهي تمثل مستوي عالي من الجودة والتصميم والابداع .

The event was attended by Major General Mohamed Sayed Hassan Alwan, Governor of Assiut, the university's vice presidents, Professor Dr. Yasmin Al-Kahki, Dean of the Faculty of Specific Education at Assiut University, Professor Dr. Doaa Abdel-Mohsen, Vice Dean for Education and Student Affairs, along with the deans, vice deans, and faculty members. The celebration featured speeches by Professor Dr. Ahmed Abdel-Mawla, President of Assiut University, and Sheikh Eid Ali Khalifa, Undersecretary of the Ministry of Awqaf in Assiut, highlighting the October victory's lessons in sacrifice, determination, and willpower, as well as its representation as an enduring national epic demonstrating the Egyptians' ability to achieve victories and safeguard the nation's resources.

This drill comes as part of spreading a culture of safety and security, and training on speedy response and proper action in emergency situations, contributing to the safety of students, faculty members, and staff at the faculty.

The Faculty of Specific Education participated in the fitness championship for university students. It was held on Monday, 10/5 for male students, and on Tuesday, 10/6 for female students, in the university's indoor hall. Student Islam Mostafa Sayed from the second year, Department of Art Education, won first place in the championship.

يهدف هذا البحث إلى تصميم وتطوير أداة كروشيه مساعدة مخصصة للأفراد الذين يعانون من بعض العيوب الخلقية أو الإصابات الناتجة عن الحوادث في اليد، والتي تؤثر بشكل ملحوظ على قدرتهم في التحكم الدقيق بالأدوات اليدوية وأداء الأنشطة الحركية الدقيقة. يهدف التصميم إلى تمكين هذه الفئة من تنفيذ مكملات ملبسية بشكل عملي وآمن، من خلال نموذج تثبيت مريح وفعال يدعم وظائف اليد المحدودة. كما يسعى البحث إلى تعزيز التمكين النفسي والمهني لهؤلاء الأفراد من خلال دمجهم في أنشطة حرفية إبداعية، وفتح آفاق جديدة لإعادة تأهيلهم مهنيًا، مما يعزز من فرص اندماجهم في المجتمع والمساهمة في تحسين جودة حياتهم الاجتماعية والاقتصادية.
يتبع البحث المنهج الوصفي والمنهج التجريبي، وتتكون عينة الدراسة من (20) طالبًا بمركز رعاية الطلاب بجامعة أسيوط.
وقد أظهرت النتائج فاعلية التصميم في تمكين المستخدمين من ممارسة الكروشيه بسهولة وأمان، مع تحسين واضح في الأداء الوظيفي والدقة اليدوية، مما يؤكد إمكانية التصميم كأداة مساعدة فعالة للأفراد الذين يعانون من عيوب خلقية أو إصابات في اليد.
