Under the kind patronage of Professor Dr. Ahmed Abdel Mawla – University President, Professor Dr. Yasmin El-Kahky – Dean of the Faculty, and Professor Dr. Doaa Abdel Mohsen – Vice Dean for Education and Student Affairs, and under the supervision of Professor Dr. Saeed Mostafa Mohamed – Student Activities Coordinator at the faculty, Ms. Ghada Wahid Mohamed – Director of the Student Care Department, the Student Care Department (Social Committee) organized a chess competition with the participation of the faculty students. This comes as part of the faculty’s keenness to develop the students' mental and intellectual skills, encourage strategic planning, and foster a spirit of positive competition in an atmosphere full of enthusiasm and focus, contributing to the development of logical thinking, patience, and quick thinking skills. Professor Dr. Yasmin El-Kahky – Dean of the Faculty – extends sincere thanks and appreciation to everyone who contributed to organizing and making this event successful, with special thanks to Ms. Ghada Wahid Mohamed – Director of the Student Care Department, Mr. Emad Reda, and Mr. Mohamed Baha – Activity Specialist at the Student Care Department, in recognition of their dedicated efforts in organizing student activities and supervising sports and intellectual events.

Believing in the role of the Graduate Studies sector as a fundamental pillar in achieving the college's mission, appreciating sincere efforts, and promoting a culture of institutional excellence, Professor Dr. Yasmin Al-Kahki — Dean of the College, and Professor Dr. Nariman Ishaq — Vice Dean for Graduate Studies and Research, honored the team of the Graduate Studies and Research sector at the college. This was in recognition of their dedicated efforts and tangible achievements during the academic year 2025/2026. This honor comes in appreciation of the sector's role in supporting the college’s mission and achieving its strategic goals, as well as for the outstanding efforts during the year in developing administrative work mechanisms, speeding up progress, enhancing the electronic archiving system, and working to remove obstacles for researchers, all of which contribute to the smooth running of educational and research processes and improving the level of services provided. The Dean and the Vice Dean for Graduate Studies and Research expressed their pride in the team’s efforts, praising their dedication and commitment to performing tasks and responsibilities, and confirmed that human resources are a key pillar in achieving institutional development and improving performance.

Professor Dr. Yasmin El-Kahki, Dean of the Faculty of Specific Education, and Professor Dr. Doaa Abdel Mohsen, Vice Dean for Education and Student Affairs, extend their sincere congratulations to the faculty students: student Mohamed Abdel Baqi Rageh, fourth year, Department of Art Education; student Menna Allah Ezz Younes, fourth year, Department of Art Education; and student Doaa Sayed Mohamed, third year, Department of Home Economics. This is on the occasion of their winning first place at Assiut University in the competition “Innovative Wall Magazine about the October Victories,” organized by the General Administration for Student Affairs at the university, under the kind sponsorship of Professor Dr. Ahmed Abdel Mawla, University President, as part of the activities of the Scouts and Public Service Department. This win reflects the students’ excellence and their cultural, intellectual, and creative abilities, and also embodies the college's dedication to supporting its students’ talents, encouraging their active participation in student activities, and continuing to excel and innovate in various fields.
