CT of submucosal and occult laryngeal masses

Research Abstract
This paper reports on the role of CT in evaluating patients with entirely submucosal laryngeal mass lesions and the range of pathology encountered in this population. Twenty- four patients with submucosal mass lesions were studied over a period of 15 years. Charts were reviewed to establish the presenting complaints, time to diagnosis, and number of endoscopic procedures required to make the diagnosis. Final diagnoses were confirmed
