Under the patronage of Professor Dr. Ahmed El-Menshawy, President of Assiut University, and Mr. Shawkat Saber Thabet, Secretary General of the University, the Faculty of Engineering, in cooperation with the General Administration for Talent Development, organized a workshop entitled "Leadership Skills" on Monday, December 8th. This workshop was part of the Faculty's plan to develop administrative competencies, enhance leadership skills, and support the performance of administrative staff within the Faculty.

The workshop was held under the supervision of Professor Dr. Khaled Salah, Dean of the Faculty; Mr. Shawkat Saber, Secretary General of the University; Dr. Mohamed Safwat Abu Raya, Vice Dean for Education and Student Affairs; Mr. Abdel-Qader Mehran, Head of the Central Administration for Human Resources; Mr. Khaled Omran, Director General of the Talent Development Department; and Mr. Raafat Bakr, Secretary of the Faculty. The workshop targeted all directors of the various departments and units within the Faculty and was presented by Professor Dr. Hanan Moussa Abdel-Aal, Assistant Professor in the Department of Media at the Faculty of Arts. The workshop took place at the Engineering Education Development Center within the Faculty.

Professor Dr. Khaled Salah, Dean of the College, confirmed that the workshop aims to enhance the leadership skills of the directors of departments, units and centers in the college, enabling them to keep pace with rapid developments, and enhancing their ability to make decisions, lead work teams efficiently, manage crises and overcome challenges.
