Seminar on "Academic Standards and Characterization of Programs and Courses and Preparation of Their Reports" at the Quality Assurance Unit, Faculty of Education, Assiut University, Tuesday, May 15, 2018, at 12:00 pm, in a lecture by Dr. Rajai El-Tahlawi in the fourth floor.The Quality Assurance and Accreditation Unit, headed by Prof. Dr. Adel Rasmi Hammad Al-Najdi, Dean of the College, held a seminar entitled "Academic Standards and Description of Programs and Courses and Preparation of Reports for Bachelor's, Bachelor's and Postgraduate Studies" on Tuesday, 15/5/2018 at 12:00 pm. In the fourth floor is built faculty members of the faculty, has attended (25) members of the faculty members and their assistants from the College.Mr. Adel Hammad Al-Najdi welcomed the attendance of the faculty members and their assistants. He stressed the importance of the symposium and the characterization of the programs and courses and preparing them, especially in the current stage, which the College seeks to renew accreditation for the college.Dr. Hamdy Mohammed Al-Bitar, Director of Quality Assurance Unit, Dr. Jamal Hassan Al Sayed, Deputy Director of Quality Assurance Unit, and General Coordinator of Program Descriptions presented the academic standards of the College and the programs and the decisions and how to prepare their reports and models according to the quality document approved by the Commission. Any of the criteria adopted with the learning outcomes targeted for the educational program, and in conformity with the objectives of the program and the intended learning outcomes. In the end, the recommendations were formulated by Prof. Dr. Hassan Mohamed Huwail, head of the standard of academic standards and study programs at the College as follows:1. Review the characterization of programs and decisions and ensure that the standard matrices are aligned with the targeted learning outcomes and decisions2 - Emphasize the work of the reports of programs and decisions after the emergence of the result of students in the program3 - Review the description of programs and courses at the College of internal and external auditors
