At its meeting on September 18, 2023, the Faculty Council approved a policy allowing students to change their sections within one month of the start of the academic year, with the approval of the head of the department.

A team from the Infection Control Department of University Hospitals conducted a field visit to Assiut University Dental Hospital to monitor and follow up on the infection control system in the hospital and safety procedures for its employees, and to conduct awareness lectures and workshops for all employees.
