The Faculty of Dentistry held its 19^th meeting of the Faculty Council on Monday, October 16, 2023, in the presence of Prof./ Safa Tohamy, Dean of the Faculty, Prof/ Heba Rashed, Vice Dean for Community Services and Environmental Development, Prof/ Muhammad Badawy, Vice Dean for Education and Student Affairs, Prof./ Muhammad Nahed, Head of Assiut Dental Hospital, and heads of the departments to discuss the agenda of the faculty.

The Oral Surgery Department would like to apologize to 3rd-year students for canceling its lecture on Sunday, October 23, 2023, because of the busy schedule of the faculty members with correcting the exams.

The diagnosis lecture for fourth-year students will be held on Monday, October 23, 2023, in Lecture Hall 2 from 2:00 to 3:00 p.m.

The sports committee of the Youth Welfare Administration at the Faculty of Dentistry announces its athletic walking festival to celebrate the golden Jubilee of the October War victory. All faculty members, students, and employees are invited to participate on Monday 23^rd October 2023. The starting point will be the Assiut Sports Stadium and the ending will be the main stand of the Sports Stadium.

Students of the second, third, fourth, and fifth year of the 2023/2024 academic year are required to proceed to the Department of Military Education at the University Stadium to register for the current military education course.

The President of Assiut University, Prof./ Ahmad Elminshawy paid a visit to the Faculty of Dentistry on Monday, October 9, 2023. During his visit, he inspected the Faculty of Dentistry Hospital and assured himself of the medical services provided, as well as the laboratories and the teaching halls. He also held a meeting with third-year students to ensure the smooth running of the educational process.
