Assiut University Holds A Medical Conference On The "New Trends In The Treatment of a Number Of Dermatological And Reproductive Diseases Of Masculinity

Assiut University started the proceedings of the annual conference of the Department of Dermatology. The conference was organized by the Faculty of Medicine under the auspices of Prof. Ahmed A. Gaeis, Assiut University President. The conference extended for three days and included 10 lectures through which patient cases were received by Dermatological professors together with professors of plastic surgery to be instantly treated by injection.

Assiut University's 31st Medical Conference Condemns the Despicable Crimes of Terrorism and Stands a Minute of Mourning for the Souls of the Martyrs of the Churches

During the opening proceedings of the 31st annual conference, Eng. Yasser Al-Desouky, Governor of Assiut, condemned the sorrowful terrorist episodes which took place earlier April and targeted two churches in Tanta and Alexandria causing the deaths and injury of dozens of innocent civilians and policemen. The Governor, in the presence of Prof. Ahmed A. Gaeis, Assiut University President, and Prof. Tarek Al-Gammal, Vice-President for Graduate Studies and Research, prayed for God to overwhelm the dead with His mercy and condole their families, and asked the participants to stand a minute of mourning for the souls of the diseased.

After Meeting the President of Yemeni University of Taez, Assiut University Signs a memorandum of Understanding for Academic and Cultural Exchange Between the Two Universities

Prof. Ahmed A. Gaeis, Assiut University President has met Prof. Mohamed Mohamed Al-Shoaiby, Taez University President and discussed the issue of making a memo of understanding between the two universities to ensure strengthening the ties of cooperation in the various educational and scientific fields. Prof. Gaeis asserted that the memo aims at opening the university and relating it with Arab and foreign universities for the exchange of expertise and fields of scientific research as an act of true partnership.

Assiut Governor and the University President Attend a Seminar for Evaluating the Environmental Impact of Establishing a Complex for Hydrogen Breaking of Oil at an Investment Cost of 1853 Million Dollars

Eng. Yasser El-Desouky, Governor of Assiut, said that the political leadership of the country priority to the increasing demand for oil products and minimizes the amount of the imported quantities of fuel. He also pointed that the state started to implement integrated plans to develop oil labs. This session of Societal dialogue took place at the Assiut Oil Refining Company(ASORC). Assiut University Holds an Agreement for Cultural and scientific Exchange with the Syrian Al-Hawash University

Headed by the University President, the University Council approved in its session to hold and agreement with the Private Syrian Al-Hawash University. Prof. Tarek Al-Gammal, Vice President for Graduate Studies and Research indicated that the agreement will last for five years and it will assert the cooperation and exchange of professors and students in all activities; scientific, sports, artistic, social, and cultural. Besides the agreement will aim at exchanging expertise and publications, and linking the two universities electronic libraries.
