ENHANCED PHOTOCATALYTIC OF ZnO NANOSTRUCTURES VIA SHAPE CONTROLLED PLATINUM THIN FILM

Research Abstract
Various nanostructures of zinc oxide (ZnO) were prepared on bare and functioned silicon substrates by developed thermal evaporation method. The nanostructures have been controlled by the functionalization of the substrate surface, where polished silicon was functionalized with Pt-template and Pt-film on its surface. The samples were characterized by field emission scanning electron microscopy, X-ray diffarctometer, and UV-vis absorbance spectra. As a variation of the substrate surface, the ZnO product showed different surface morphologies of nanostructures. X-ray data has confirmed the purity of ZnO and the impurities of Pt in the samples deposited on functionalized substrates. The photocatalytic activity of ZnO nanostructures in a wastewater was investigated by the degradation of methylene blue. Photocatalytic activity was enhanced by using Pt functionalization, and the best photocatalytic performance was recorded for the ZnO/Pt-film/Si sample.

Sensing performance of SnO2 film fabricated by sputtering
deposition

Research Abstract
The effects of in situ-deposition temperature and post-deposition annealing on the microstructure of the sputtered SnO2 thin film are studied. These effects on the performance of the resulting gas-sensing devices have been characterized. For in situ-deposition temperature, the film was deposited on a heated substrate, while for post-deposition annealing, the film was deposited on an unheated substrate and then annealed it at various temperatures. Microstructure changes in SnO2 film were induced at various temperatures. Both films of in situ heating and post-annealing evoked only partial crystallization, especially at low temperatures, and the crystallinity was enhanced with high temperatures. SEM images confirmed that the grains and pores of the film changed with the thermal treatment. In consequence of the post-annealing, the pores grew wider; however, they grew narrow in the case of in situ heating. The film annealed at low temperature yielded high-response device to NO2 gas compared with that annealed at higher temperature. The sensing devices fabricated by in situ deposition showed highest response.

THERMAL EVAPORATED WO3 NANOPARTICLES FILM UNDER DIFFERENT EVAPORATION PRESSURES FOR NO2 SENSING

Research Abstract
In this study, the fabrication of tungsten oxide (WO3) nanoparticles in effective size using thermal evaporation method under different conditions was reported. The fabricated WO3 were examined and characterized by X-ray diffraction, and field-emission scanning electron microscope. Our examination showed that WO3 nanoparticles with a monoclinic structure were assembled with large quantity. Both of the crystallite and particle size are increase with increasing the evaporation pressure and substrate temperature. In addition, we check the ability of the fabricated WO3 for nitrogen dioxide (NO2) sensing at different operating temperatures. The gas sensing properties showed highest sensitivity of 204 to 1 ppm NO2 at an operating temperature of 140˚C, which was observed for a sensor made of particles as small as 123 nm. The electrical resistance of WO3 showed a unique thermal behavior of the fabricated sensor.

An investigation of p+8He elastic scattering

Research Abstract
The vector analyzing power and differential cross-section for the elastic scattering of 8He nucleus from polarized protons at 71MeV/nucleon have been analyzed in the framework of the optical model potentials. Microscopic single folding (SF) optical potentials (OP) have been constructed based upon two different effective nucleon–nucleon (NN) interactions, namely Jeukenne–Lejeune–Mahaux (JLM) and BDM3Y1 effective interactions. The effect of 8He nuclear structure has been tested through two different choices of the nuclear density distribution. It is concluded that the nucleus 8He may be considered as a thick skin exotic nucleus. In order to investigate the vector analyzing power data, besides the Thomas phenomenological representation, three different forms of the spin–orbit (SO) part of the OP have been considered. These forms are based directly or indirectly upon the density distribution of 8He nucleus. It is found that SO potentials of larger root mean square radii are able to successfully describe the vector analyzing power data more than those of shorter radii.

A study of a new properties of Hermite-Hermite matrix polynomials and their Applications

Research Abstract
The main aim of this paper is introduced to an extension of the Hermite-Hermite matrix polynomials. An explicit representation, some important addition and multiplication properties, a matrix recurrence relation, in particular the three terms recurrence relation for the an extension of the Hermite-Hermite matrix polynomials are given, matrix partial differential equations satisfied them is presented, relationships with Hermite-Hermite and Legendre matrix polynomials of two variable, and some special properties. A new expansions of the matrix functions for a wide class of matrices in terms of generalized Hermite-Hermite matrix polynomials is proposed.

Hermite-Chebyshev polynomials with their generalized form

Research Abstract
The main purpose of this paper is to present Hermite-Chebyshev polynomials and to give some properties of Hermite and Chebyshev polynomials. We derive operational identities, generating functions, and integral representation for power series satisfied by Hermite, Chebyshev, and Hermite-Chebyshev polynomials. Furthermore, for these Hermite-Chebyshev polynomials, we give operational rules with operators, often exploited in the theory of exponential operators. Finally, some definitions of Hermite-Chebyshev polynomials also of two, three and in turn several index are derived and new families of polynomials.

New Kinds of Hypergeometric matrix functions

Research Abstract
The present paper deals with the definition and study of new kinds of hypergeometric matrix functions within complex analysis. We also get the radius of regularity and matrix recurrence relations are then developed for l(m; n)-hypergeometric matrix function of two complex variables. We give a different approach to prove the effect of the differential operator on this function. Finally, another hypergeometric matrix function, namely, p l(m; n)-hypergeometric matrix function of two complex variables are defined, its components when the positive integer p is greater than one, provide a matrix partial differential equation satisfied by these function and some of their properties are investigated.

Connections between Legendre with Hermite and Laguerre matrix polynomials

Research Abstract
The aim of this paper is to develop a connection between Legendre and Hermite matrix polynomials recently introduced in [8, 25] is derived. We also obtain various new generalized forms of the Legendre matrix polynomials by using the integral representation method. An expansion of Legendre matrix polynomials in a series of Laguerre matrix polynomials is established.
