Workshops presented by molecular biology research unit

The Fundamentals of Education Department Council agreed in 5/12/2016 to recommened granting the researcher Eman Farouk Mohammed Abd El-Kader the MA degree in educatuion specialized at the Fundamentals of Education.  

The cultural and international relations committee will hold its monthly meeting on Wednesday 11/1/2017 at 12 PM in the office of Vice Dean for Graduate Studies and Research Affairs.

Prof. Essam Zanaty, Assiut University Vice President for Education and Students' Affairs and Prof. Tarek Al-Gammal, Vice President for Graduate Studies and Research held a meeting with Mr. Sahlaan bin Ismail, General Director of the bureau of Malaysian General of the Office of the Prime Minister and his delegation. The meeting was also attended by Prof. Shehata Ghareeb, the University's Consultant for Arab Universities and members from the faculties of Medicine, Dentistry, and Pharmacy to follow up the educational process and the progress of Malaysian students.

Prof. Ahmed A. Gaeis, Assiut University President, and Prof. Essam Zanaty, Vice President for Education and Students' Affairs met Dr. Salah Al-Jaafarawy, Representative of the Islamic Educational, Scientific and Cultural Organization (ISESCO), and Mohammed bin Rashid Al-Maktoum Charity Foundation, to discuss means of cooperation and joint work.

Prof. Shehata Ghareeb Shulqami, President's Consultant for Arab Universities Affairs, stated that Prof. Ahmed A. Gaeis, Assiut University President, invited the Bahraini Quality Assurance Organization to participate in the first International Arab Conference to be held in February 2017.

Prof. Ahmed A. Gaeis, Assiut University President, inaugurated the Faculty of Fine Arts where he also inaugurated the fair for traditional Japanese crafts. The event was honored by the participation of the Japanese Foundation in Cairo, Mr. Takihiro Kajua, the Japanese Ambassador in Cairo, Mr. Masakazo Takahashi, Director of the Japanese Foundation, and Dr. Ahmed Al-Gohary, Chairman of the Egyptian-Japanese Society for Science and Technology, Alexandria. The event was also attended by Prof. Essam Zanaty, Vice President for Education and Students Affairs, Prof. Mansour Mansy, Dean of the Faculty of Fine Arts, Prof. Shehata Ghareeb, general supervisor of students' activities, and a group of Faculty Deans and students.

Prof. Hisham Mokhtar Hammouda, Director of the Assiut University Urology and Kidney Hospital stated that the Hospital has received Dr. Nabil Besada, Prof. at Arkansas University to give a number of lectures on the urinary tract tumors, more specifically, the most recent trends in the domain of diagnosis and treatment of urinary tract tumors. Dr Hammouda added that the visit assures the hospital's openness to a variety of advanced international universities in the same specialty and interests.
