The Dean of the Faculty emphasizes the importance of the collective Iftar in Ramadan within the university in enhancing social spirit and communication among all faculty members, staff, and students. This type of Iftar is seen as an opportunity to strengthen social bonds and enhance solidarity and coherence among individuals within the Faculty. Additionally, the collective Iftar serves as an opportunity to enhance worship and closeness to God, as everyone gathers to break their fast after a long day.

She assured herself that teaching was proceeding according to the announced schedule during the blessed month of Ramadan and that all available resources were provided to carry out the educational process in the best possible way. She extended her congratulations to our male and female students of the scientific departments on the occasion of the holy month of Ramadan, wishing that it may return to everyone with goodness, prosperity, and blessings. She expressed her gratitude to the heads of departments and to the faculty members and their assistants in the scientific departments for their efforts in effective teaching during the second semester.

Professor Dr. Yasmin Al-Kahki, Dean of the Faculty of Specific Education at Assiut University, extends her heartfelt congratulations to Professor Dr. Wagdy Refaat Farid, Professor of Artistic Works in the Department of Art Education and former Dean of the Faculty of Specific Education, for his recognition at the 13th University Theatre Festival held at Assiut University, 'The Dr. Said Ibrahim Session' for the academic year 2024/2025. She affirms that the honor is well-deserved, as it is a rightful acknowledgment of his efforts throughout his artistic career and his consistent dedication to participating in numerous events and community activities within and outside Assiut University. The Dean of the Faculty appointed the advisors of the student committees for the new academic year, as well as the President of the Student Union, the Vice President of the Union, and the secretaries of various union committees along with the assistant secretaries. She also expressed her sincere thanks and appreciation to the esteemed colleagues, the advisors of the student committees for the previous year, for their contributions during their tenure. Furthermore, she expressed her gratitude and appreciation to Professor Dr. Said Mustafa, General Coordinator of Student Activities, for his efforts and dedication over the past year and congratulated him on taking on the position of General Coordinator of Student Activities this year as well. The performance was attended by Professor Dr. Yasmin El-Kahky, Dean of the Faculty, and Professor Dr. Said Mustafa, General Coordinator of Student Activities, along with faculty members and assistants in the college, as well as Mr. Ahmed Farag, College Secretary, and Mrs. Ghada Wahid, Director of Student Care, various specialists from the Student Care Department in the college, and Mrs. Abir Mohamed, Director of Public Relations, along with a large number of students from all scientific departments and members of the College Union, accompanied by the student.

Under the supervision of Professor Dr. Yasmin Al-Kahki, Dean of the Faculty of Specific Education, and Professor Dr. Hind Al-Yaddak, Head of the Home Economics Department, and Dr. Saad Hassan Mohiuddin, Director of the Electronic Unit at the college, the Electronic Unit organized a workshop titled "Nutrition After Sleeve Gastrectomy." Dr. Sara Alaa El-Din Mohammed Rabie, Assistant Professor of Nutrition and Food Sciences at the Home Economics Department, was the speaker at the workshop. This took place on Wednesday, February 26, 2025. The workshop covered the following topics: proper nutrition methods after sleeve gastrectomy, targeting individuals suffering from obesity, and understanding a proper nutritional program for individuals with obesity and those who have undergone sleeve gastrectomy. The Dean praised the workshop and its distinguished content, and she expressed her sincere gratitude and appreciation to Dr. Sara Alaa El-Din Mohammed Rabie and the Home Economics Department for their continuous collaboration with the Electronic Unit at the college.
