Within the framework of strengthening partnership and cooperation between academic institutions and government bodies, an educational seminar was held today under the title "Procedures for opening literacy and literacy classes"

Workshop entitled "Recycling and Sustainability"

Prof. Dr. Yasmine Al-Kahki, Acting Dean of the Faculty of Specific Education
 Prof. Dr. Mohamed Abdel Basit, Vice Dean for Community Service and Environmental Development. 
Prof. Dr. Hala Salah El-Din Abdel Sattar, Head of the Art Education Department.
The Community Service and Environmental Development Sector at the Faculty organized a workshop entitled "Recycling and Sustainability" from 9/29/2024 to 3/10/2024.  
The training in the workshop was carried out by Dr. Haitham Ezz Al-Arab, a woodworking teacher in the Department of Art Education.
A number of students of the Department of Art Education participated, and the workshop relied on taking advantage of the remains of wood pieces, reworking and recycling them to produce billboards for the activities of the community service and environmental development sector in the faculty. 
The students were trained on a range of technical methods such as vacuuming, sanding, assembling and painting, and the safe use of hand tools and machines and electric in the production of billboards.

The Community Service and Environmental Development Sector organized a realistic simulation of how to deal in times of crises and disasters entitled "Evacuation Experience"
 On Wednesday, 16/10/2024.  
Today's activities began with an awareness seminar on the most important risks that we are exposed to in homes, college and university and how to deal with them, and Major General / Ibrahim Anous kindly clarified how to extinguish various forms of fires in a safe and safe manner, and the steps of the procedures for the real evacuation experiment were reviewed before their implementation.
Engineer Mohamed Abdel Aal, Director of Civil Protection, pointed out that the evacuation in a correct and safe manner leads to the preservation of manpower and the reduction of losses by a large percentage

The students participating in the (Photoshop) course were handed prizes to the distinguished students during the course period.

The Dean of the College praised the level of students and listened to them, stressing her full keenness to benefit students, cooperate and support them and provide services to them, assuring students of her constant pursuit of their interest and overcoming obstacles for them.

Dr. Omnia Mohamed Ibrahim also explained that she always seeks to distinguish students, facilitate their affairs, provide various services through the center, meet all their needs and qualify them for the labor market.
