In light of the strategic plan of the Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research, which aims to spread correct thinking and confront the negative effects of extremist thought that affects the security of the Arab Republic of Egypt, as well as combating abnormal concepts and ideas that contradict the tolerant religious beliefs and the authentic cultural and societal heritage of the country.
From the standpoint of educating Egyptian university and institute students against destructive and extremist ideas to create a generation capable of building and creativity, therefore, one of the most appropriate methods of awareness was to involve students in group work that contributes to developing their awareness, refining their skills and discovering their various talents. Art has always been one of the soft powers through which one can influence others, embody moral ideas, support values, principles and talents and develop capabilities.
Accordingly, the “Together” competition was launched, where the competition is based on producing a short video of no more than one minute to confront false, extremist and abnormal ideas during the period from 12/29/2024 AD until 1/25/2025 AD. A specialized committee will be formed to evaluate the competing works by the Leadership Preparation Institute, and the winning students will be honored during the activities of the 56th International Book Fair. #Together_Competition
Together competition is based on producing a short video of no more than one minute to confront false, extremist and abnormal ideas. It is a competition for university students (government, private, civil, technological and other), to produce short awareness videos in light of confronting abnormal ideas that contradict the tolerant religious beliefs, and the authentic cultural and societal heritage of the Egyptian people.
#Together Competition Conditions and Topics
The conditions for participating in the competition are as follows: -
1 - Students make one video of no more than one minute and its size does not exceed 100 MB
2 - The originality of the video is required from the students' imagination so that it does not include any clips taken from the Internet. If this is proven, the video will be excluded
- The film's production team should not exceed 5 students
- The resolution of the participating work should not be less than (FULL HD)
E - Upload the work to the website designated for this purpose, with the necessity of including the name of the university and the names of the participating work team

1 - Spreading the culture of tolerance and peaceful coexistence
2 - Social peace within society

Important announcement: Third year study camp for the academic year 2024/2025
The provisions of Article 12 of the college's internal regulations stipulate that a study camp shall be organized for third-year students, and the student's attendance shall be the basis for his/her success and transfer to the higher year and passing the camp successfully (decently). Therefore, it was decided to hold the study camp for the third year within the university in two groups, the duration of the group being 7 days.
