Dream Beginning Competition for Community Initiatives for the Academic Year 2025
Dream Start Competition for Community Initiatives First: Competition Conditions: Team size: 2-5 members. - Age group: 18-40. One team member will play the role of coach/mentor. Each team will include both males and females, if possible. The initiative owner or team members are not permitted to enter or register more than one initiative. Those who participated in the first edition are only permitted to participate with a new idea or initiative. The same idea or initiative may not be entered if they have won other competitions. The initiative must have a social impact and be linked to one of the goals of Egypt's Vision 2030. Winning entries from participants will be evaluated by a committee of senior specialists, and those deemed appropriate will be evaluated for the final round. The most important initiatives and ideas will be evaluated for the training camp in preparation for the final evaluation... Register through the competition link and complete all required information. Registration for the competition continues through the link from January 1, 2025 to March 1, 2025. The competition's evaluation criteria must be taken into account for initiatives or ideas. Second: Evaluation Criteria: Excellence: The degree of creativity and difference from conventional thinking. Realism: The extent of applicability on the ground... Impact: The argument for actual impact on the ground and the number of beneficiaries from the targeted groups or regions. Feasibility: The feasibility of applicability without the need for significant resources or the possibility of obtaining funding or support. Third: Registration Paths for Participating in the Competition: - To reach the largest number of beneficiaries, assist them in spreading the word, overcoming the obstacles they face, and connecting them with relevant institutions. The Ideas Track supports emerging initiative ideas with the aim of empowering Egyptian youth to provide solutions to problems. The Initiatives Track supports existing initiatives with the aim of highlighting and supporting existing community initiatives to reach out to the community and train youth on the importance of community work. The college was honored today by a visit from His Excellency the Vice President of the University, Professor Dr. Ahmed Abdel Mawla, Vice President for Education and Student Affairs. This visit was part of his inspection tour of the first-year study camp during the various activities and programs on its third day, Saturday, February 1, 2025. The visit was to follow up on the regularity of the study camp.
