Dr. Khaled Abul-Ghaffar, Minister of Higher Education has highly esteemed Assiut University as one of the most inveterate Egyptian Universities with its human and academic resources qualifying it to compete with the biggest universities in Egypt and the Arab Nation. This occurred during the Minister's visit to Assiut University's venue in the International Conference for Higher Education organized by Akhbar-Alyoum Foundation. The conference proceedings took place in the Cairo International Centre for Conferences.
