The Administration Board; 

The Administration Board is the governing body that is responsible for the overall direction of the University and is constituted according to the provision of the Higher Education in Egypt and Assiut University.

Its main responsibilities include determining the mission, objectives, goals, strategies, and policies for the progress of the institution. It must also ensure an efficient and effective, economical and ethical attainment of these goals.

The council is also responsible for ensuring and maintaining a financially secure, healthy, and viable environment for the students and staff.

• Vice-President for Graduate Studies & Research
• Vice-President for Community Services and Environmental Affairs
