Encourage assistants (aide faculty members) to travel to learn new experiences and transfer to college. 6. Submission of proposals and plans and competitive projects to attract funding from the European countries participating in the project.   7. attention to the performance of the teacher in-service offering extensive continuing professional development Brameh partnership with professional academic teachers.   8. technological development and technical support to poor rural schools, especially disadvantaged ones. 9. interest in the development of English language skills as a tool for communication and achieve mutual understanding. 10.
