The Social Activities Administration at the Faculty of Dentistry announces a competition for the "Ideal Student" and "Ideal Female Student".

Competition Criteria:

  1. The student must have at least a "good" GPA.
  2. The student must not have any previous disciplinary actions or punishments.
  3. The student must be actively involved in student activities and possess effective communication and presentation skills. Additionally, having artistic, literary, or athletic skills is preferred.
  4. The student must have participated in community service outside the university.
  5. The student must submit a CD containing a presentation of their resume and all internal and external activities. This presentation will be shown on a data projector for five minutes during the competition.
  6. The student must submit a certified copy of their previous academic records.
  7. The student must submit a CV that includes copies of all certificates obtained in various activities. Original certificates must be presented during the competition.                                                   Interested students must meet the required criteria and register with the faculty's social activities' coordinator. Religious Competition: Quran, Hadith, and Seerah

The Cultural Activity Administration of the Youth Welfare Administration at the Faculty of Commerce invites all university students to participate in a religious competition focused on Quran recitation, Hadith knowledge, and a research paper on the Seerah.

Ceremonial Welcome and Achievement Recognition for New Students and Active Participants

The Faculty of Dentistry held a welcome reception to honor new students, top achievers, and participants in student activities for the academic year 2024-2025, on Thursday, October 17, 2024.

The ceremony began with a recitation of the Holy Quran, followed by a speech by Dr. Essam Qassem, Director of Student Affairs, who introduced the students to the college's regulations and welcomed them.

Next, Prof. Mohamed Badawi Abdelhamid, the Vice Dean for Education and Student Affairs, delivered a speech. He highlighted several key points for new students, including how to adapt to university traditions and customs, the importance of academic studies, and the significance of participating in student activities within the college.

Prof. Safaa Marzouk Tohamy, the Dean of the Faculty, welcomed the new students and congratulated the previous year's top achievers and outstanding participants in student activities. She emphasized the importance of adhering to university regulations and expressed her aspiration to graduate successful and distinguished dentists.

The ceremony was organized by the Youth Welfare Administration in cooperation with the Education and Student Affairs Administration, Public Relations Administration, and Security Administration.
