دار فلك البحث حول عدة محاور رئيسة: جاء أولها كاشفًا النقاب عن بداية ظهور المدارس في أسيوط، وعالج ثانيها أشهر مدارس أسيوط في العصر المملوكي سواء كانت في أسيوط المدينة أو في توابعها، من حيث نشأتها وتطورها، وخُصص المحور الثالث لتناول الحياة التعليمية في تلك المدارس، متضمنًا المواد الدراسية والقائمين على تدريسها من مدرسين ومعيدين مع عرض نماذج لأشهرهم، كما تضمن عملية التعلم أو الطرق المتبعة في التدريس وغيرها من الأمور المتعلقة بالعملية التعليمية داخل هذه المدارس، فضلا عن مصدر تمويلها، ودور الأوقاف في تثبيت أركانها، ودعم نظامها وتمكينها من القيام برسالتها.

الأضداد من الظواهر اللغوية التي تشهد علي اتساع اللغة العربية. وهي تشير إلي احتواء اللفظ الواحد علي معنيين متضادين مما يبرز الدور الذي يلعبه النص في تحديد المعني المقصود من هذا اللفظ. وتبحث هذه الدراسة في استخدام كلمة "ظنّ" في القرآن الكريم. وتعد هذه الكلمة من الأضداد إذ تستخدم تارة بمعني "الظن" وأخري بمعني "اليقين". وهذا يتضح من خلال فهم النص القرآني. و عليه يتم تحديد معني "ظنّ" بما لا يدع مجالاً للشك. وتهتم هذه الدراسة أيضاً بترجمة هذا اللفظ إلي الإنجليزية من خلال دراسة الآيات التي ذكر فيها لفظ "ظنّ" في أربع ترجمات مختلفة لمعاني القرآن الكريم. وذكرت الدراسة أن لفظ "ظنّ" قد ظهر في القرآن الكريم تسعاً وستين مرة في اثنين وعشرين شكلاً صرفياً وتم عرض مثال واحد لكل شكل وبالتالي احتوت الدراسة علي اثنين وعشرين مثالاً. وقد اتبع كل مثال بنقد موضوعي للترجمات الأربعة مما يبرز الدور الذي بذله المترجمون للوصول إلي أدق ترجمة للفظ "ظنّ" موضوع الدراسة.

NULLBackground: Over the past several decades, the relationship between personality traits, depression, anxiety and stroke has interested to clinicians and researchers. Objective: Evaluation of personality traits, depression and anxiety among patients with stroke. Methods: Thirty patients with stroke recruited from neurology department inpatients unit in Assiut university hospital. Another 50 subjects matched with respect to age, sex, and socioeconomic status formed the control group. For each participant, a complete medical history was obtained. Clinical examination, brain CT or MRI, and psychometric evaluation was performed for patients. Eysenck Personality Questionnaire, Hamilton anxiety and Beck Depression Inventory were used in assessment the psychometric state of patients. Results: Patients with stroke reported significant higher scores in depression and anxiety. Psychoticism, lying and crime personality traits were significant higher among stroke patients compared with controls. Depression, anxiety were significant correlated with some of the personality traits subscales. Conclusion: In our study stroke is associated with depression, anxiety and some abnormal personality traits.
