Assiut University holds an art exhibition for the Faculties of Fine Arts and Specific Education on the sidelines of the scientific symposium "Adaptation to Climate Change... Combating Desertification and Water Management"


Assiut University, under the auspices of Dr. Ahmed El-Minshawy, President of Assiut University, organized an art exhibition for the Faculties of Fine Arts and Specific Education, within the activities of the symposium: "Adaptation to Climate Change: Combating Desertification and Water Management", under the supervision of Dr. Mahmoud Abdel Alim, Vice President for Community Service and Environmental Development, Dr. Gamal Badr, Vice President for Graduate Studies and Research, Dr. Khaled Salah, Dean of the Faculty of Fine Arts, Dr. Wajdi Nakhleh, Dean of the Faculty of Specific Education, and Dr. Atef Al-Qarn, Professor at the Department of Al-Sadr at the Faculty of Medicine and coordinator of the symposium and exhibition, in the presence of Dr. Ali Yusuf, Vice President of New Assiut University of Technology for Education and Student Affairs, and Dr. Nader Shehata Doss, Advisor to the Ministry of Environment.

Dr. Ahmed El-Minshawy, President of Assiut University, stressed the university's keenness to provide various ideas to preserve the environment and contribute to finding solutions to environmental challenges, by supporting the creative members of its children, faculty members, and students, to develop and nurture their talents, encourage activities, and purposeful art, praising the status of art in enriching the emotional, creative, and skill side in society, and the multiplicity of together.

Today, Tuesday, July 2, Dr. Ahmed El-Menshawy, President of Assiut University, inaugurated the exhibitions of the departments of Art Education, Home Economics, and Educational Technology at the Faculty of Specific Education, and the annual concert for the academic year 2023/2024, in the presence of Dr. Ahmed Abdel Mawla, Vice President for Education and Student Affairs, and Dr. Gamal Badr, Vice President for Graduate Studies and Research, under the supervision of Dr. Wajdi Nakhleh, Dean of the Faculty, and Dr. Yasmine Al-Kahki, Vice Dean for Education and Student Affairs.

Dr. Al-Minshawi stressed that the exhibitions of the Faculty of Specific Education highlight the role of soft powers and the message of fine art in building society and expressing its issues and variables, pointing to the vital role of the Faculty as a civilized, cultural, and educational edifice that aims to adopt, develop, develop, form and prepare the creative and experienced artist, who combines in his studies the creative artistic side and the applied side.

Assiut National University warns of people claiming to be connected to the university to finish admission and registration procedures


Assiut National University warns against people who claim their connection to the university, and claim that they end the admission and registration procedures, in violation of the admission and registration instructions, stressing that the university will take all legal measures against them and sue them for exploiting the university's name, which causes great harm to students.

Dr. Ahmed El-Minshawy, President of Assiut University, and the commissioner to facilitate the work of Assiut National University, stated that there is no representative of the university to enroll students in it regarding the admission and registration procedures issued by the Council of Private Universities, stressing that no expenses are paid except through the payment permission issued by the Student Affairs at the university, and paid within the university.

The Faculty of Specific Education at Assiut University organized an art exhibition today, Wednesday, May 1, under the auspices of Dr. Ahmed El-Minshawy, President of Assiut University, entitled: "Mirrors of the Soul", for students of the fourth year, Department of Art Education, photography subject, under the supervision of Dr. Ahmed Abdel Mawla, Vice President for Education and Student Affairs, and Dr. Wajdi Refaat, Dean of the Faculty.

Dr. Ahmed Al-Minshawi stressed the university's keenness to support and encourage talents in the artistic field, spread the culture of creativity, and taste works of art.
