Today's activities began with an awareness seminar on the most important risks that we are exposed to in homes, college and university and how to deal with them, and Major General / Ibrahim Anous kindly clarified how to extinguish various forms of fires in a safe and safe manner, and the steps of the procedures for the real evacuation experiment were reviewed before their implementation.

Today, the college organized the tests of the ideal student competition in the college, where many male and female students applied in all scientific departments, and the applications submitted by the Student Welfare Department were sorted, and a written test was held for all applicants, as well as personal tests through individual interviews for each student, through a committee consisting of faculty members in various scientific departments to choose the ideal student according to the criteria and the file of activity and achievements of each student.

The Dean stressed that the college always seeks to pay attention to supporting our outstanding sons and daughters in various aspects academically, morally, scientifically and technically, and that the college has set a wide range of criteria to choose the ideal student in various fields of life.

A training visit for college students to the Public Services Center for Scientific Theses and Research. 
This visit comes in cooperation with the center to introduce students to the services provided and how to benefit from its various units in preparing research and scientific theses, as well as viewing e-books.

The visit took place under the supervision of Dr. Mohamed Badri Anwar, Director General of the General Administration of Libraries, where he gave a detailed explanation of the various services provided by the Center to support access to information. He also reviewed the electronic information sources available through the Digital Library Unit and the Sources Search Unit, explaining how the center keeps pace with scientific developments in the field of education to increase the benefit provided to Assiut University students.
