Next Wednesday, July 3, the third edition of the international conference for Department of Administration, at the Faculty of Nursing at Assiut University and the Department of Administration, Faculty of Nursing at Suez Canal University

(How to overcome negative psychology in the health care organization and the role of nursing managers and workers)

The global health care sector continues to rise to the level of new challenges in order to bring about change and a successful in health care, so we had to place it as a focus for our third international conference for the Department of Nursing Administration - Suez Canal University in cooperation with the Department of Nursing Administration - Assiut University, where the Faculty of Nursing at Suez Canal University is hosting this conference. Overall, the conference topics focused on targeting workers in the health sector, including:

1-Human capital and organizational psychology
2_Negative organizational psychology
3_Positive organizational psychology
4_ Organizational psychology and sustainability
5_ Organizational psychology and artificial intelligence
6_ Organizational psychology and health economics
Under the patronage of Prof.  Ahmed El-Minshawy, President of Assiut University, Prof.  Nasser Saeed Mandour, President of Suez Canal University, and the supervision of Prof.  Samah Mohamed Abdullah, Dean of the Faculty of Nursing, Assiut University, and Prof.  Wafa Abdel Azim Al-Husseini, Dean of Nursing, Suez Canal University.
This cooperation results in meeting a group of our distinguished scholars in the field
 Management, scientific research paper, as well as analytical statistics and many topics related to the health field and other fields from nursing professors and pioneers at the University of Egypt. 
Prof. Samah Mohamed Abdullah, Dean of the Faculty, also stated that this third conference in its edition brings together Assiut University and Suez Canal University, and that this conference is considered a continuation of the series of conferences and scientific research and everything new in the field of nursing to consolidate relations, exchange scientific expertise, and encourage community participation between the two universities. As well as encouraging researchers to benefit from and learn about what is new in this field.
