The Faculty of Nursing, Assiut University, organizes an employment day under the title “Your Path after Graduation” for bachelor’s and honors students Today, Monday, October 14, the Faculty of Nursing, Assiut University, organized;

An employment day under the title “Your Path after Graduation” for bachelor’s and honors students; Under the patronage of Dr. Ahmed El-Menshawy, President of Assiut University, and under the supervision of Dr. Samah Mohamed Abdullah, Dean of the College.
Dr. Al-Minshawy confirmed: On the importance of directing students to the labor market, and extending invitations to employment agencies; Based on the important role that the college plays in linking its graduates to the labor market, he pointed out that the employment day organized by the College of Nursing for bachelor’s and internship students aims to identify the available job opportunities, the basics of work, and the laws regulating the practice of the nursing profession. The recruitment day witnessed the presence of; Dr. Mahmoud Abdel Aleem, Vice President of the University for Community Service and Environmental Development Affairs, Dr. Nahed Shawkat, Vice Dean of the College for Community Service and Environmental Development Affairs, Dr. Khaled Abdel Aziz, Director of the Main University Hospital, and with the participation of Dr. Mohamed Farrag, Director of the Misr Al Khair Foundation office in Assiut, In addition to a group of faculty members, the supporting staff, directors of various hospitals in Assiut Governorate, representatives of the Ministry of Health, the Health Insurance Authority, graduates, and students.
For his part, Dr. Mahmoud Abdel-Aleem appreciated; The efforts of the College of Nursing to graduate male and female students with high nursing skills. Enables them to perform their work to the fullest extent, taking into account the customs, traditions, foundations, and ethical charters of this great profession, noting that recruitment day; Noting that the recruitment day; It comes in implementation of the presidential initiative “A New Beginning for Building Humanity,” which is based on human development and preparing new generations. Able to participate in the comprehensive development process.
Dr. Samah Muhammad Abdullah confirmed: The college administration was keen to organize a recruitment day. For bachelor’s and honors students, to learn about everything new and keep up with the tremendous developments in the labor market, calling on male and female students; to develop themselves, , and developing their skills; To represent the name of Assiut University and the nursing profession in an honorable manner.
Dr. Khaled Abdulaziz praised; The importance of the nursing profession in providing its medical services alongside medicine, by performing therapeutic services; It contributes to maintaining human health and survival, and preventing any complications that may result from diseases and injuries.
The recruitment day included: A number of important lectures through two scientific sessions: I took the first one; A lecture on: “The Professional Future of Nursing” by Dr. Nahid Shawkat, “CV Writing Skills” by Dr. Muhammad Suleiman, Director of the University’s Professional Development Center, and “How to Search for a Job” by Dr. Marwa Mustafa, Deputy Director of the Professional Development Center. The Faculty of Nursing at Assiut University witnessed a symposium entitled: “Controls of Scientific Research and Obstacles to Their Application in Nursing,” which was organized by the Faculty of Scientific Research Ethics Committee.
Under the patronage of Dr. Ahmed Al-Minshawy, President of the University, Dr. Mahmoud Abdel Aleem, Acting Vice President of the University for Community Service and Environmental Development Affairs, Rapporteur of the Central Committee for Scientific Research Ethics, Professor Dr. Samah Muhammad Abdullah, Dean of the College, and Professor Dr. Ikram Ibrahim The Vice Dean for Postgraduate Studies and Research, Professor Dr. Awatif Al-Sayed, Rapporteur of the College Committee, and Dr. Nabila Taha, Secretary of the Committee, with the participation of an elite group of faculty members and researchers from the College.
Dr. Samah Abdullah indicated that the symposium aimed to advance the concept of scientific research And calling for adherence to the rules regulating it; To contribute to creating a generation that is aware and capable of keeping pace with the developments and challenges of science in the modern era; It discussed a number of important topics in the fields of scientific research, including: the ethics of scientific research and obstacles in how to apply it at the university, and ethical violations in nursing research How to obtain the benefit of the Scientific Research Ethics Committee, or the ethical code, and how to determine wrong behavior in scientific research. Professor Dr. Fatima Rushdi Muhammad, Vice Dean of the College for Education and Student Affairs and member of the Promotions Committee for professors and professors in the nursing sector, lectured.
