The Board of the College approved the note by Mr. Dr./Dean of the College on the award of the best curriculum files for undergraduate and postgraduate courses in the five departments and three programs as follows: 1-the first prize of 1500 pounds next to the certificate of appreciation.2-the second prize of 1000 pounds next to the certificate of appreciation.3-The third prize of 500 pounds beside a certificate of appreciation. These prizes should be in each section or program, and these prizes will be funded by special programs, and the winners shall be announced at the honoring ceremony marking the end of the quality business in October 2018.

-the Board's recommendation to the board of Mechanical Engineering to grant Mr. Dr. Saleh Abu al-Fadl Ahmed the scientific title of Assistant professor's position, as he is committed to his work, his conduct and his performance.Decision: The Board recommends the appointment. 2. The Board was presented with the approval of the Board of the Mining and Metals Engineering Section to accept the gift from Technology Vision Import Company, the supplier of X-ray Fluorescence to the South Valley raw material quality assessment and upgrading Centre, which is a printer unit to facilitate the printing of the results of sample analysis, installed unit Energy against power outage and fluctuation).Decision: the Council approved. 3. The Board of Electrical Engineering was offered the approval of the electrical circuit laboratory equipment to be a gift from Koratech to the Faculty of Engineering of Assiut University within the Korean research project.Decision: the Council approved. 4. The Board agreed with the board of Mechanical Engineering to accept the donation from the Korean research project in the College (the Rapid Modeling laboratory with its contents provided by the Korean Ministry of Education)  "for the Department of Mechanical engineering ".Decision: the Council approved. 6. The Board had before it the application of Dr. Wael Mahmoud Khair al-Din and the student on Ahmed Fouad Mohamed regarding the approval of the formation and support of the "ASME Assiut student" team to participate in the global activities, competitions and conferences offered by the American Society of Mechanical Engineers. The supervisor of the team should be Mr. Dr. Wael Mahmoud Khair al-Din.Decision: the Council approved.

The Board has before it the approval of the Committee for Education and Student Affairs on the decision of the Civil Engineering Section on the letter of Mr. Prof. Dr./dean of the Higher Institute of Engineering and Technology in Minya on the assignment of Mr. Dr./Abdulrahman Mujahid Ahmed-to teach at the Institute during the second semester of the academic year 2017/ 2018 CE one day per week.Decision: the Council approved. 2. The Board was presented with the approval of the Committee on Education and Student Affairs on the decision of the Civil Engineering Section on the letter of Mr. Prof. Dr./dean of the Higher Institute of Engineering and Technology in Minya on the secondment of Mr. Dr. Omar Ahmed Fargal-to teach at the Institute during the second semester of the academic year 2017/2018 CE One day a week. The Board has before it the approval of the Committee for Education and Student Affairs on the decision of the Electrical Engineering Council on the application of Mr. Prof./Mazen Mohamed Shafiq Abdulpeace-on the assignment of his lordship to teach at the Egyptian-Japanese university during the second semester of the academic year 2017/2018 CE one day Weekly.Decision: The Council agreed
