The Board of Directors approved the approval of the Education and Student Affairs Committee on the decision of the Council of the Civil Engineering Department regarding the formation of the second semester examination committees for the academic year 2017/2018, as well as the decisions that have the consequences.Resolution: Approved by the Council. 2. The Council has submitted to the Council the approval of the Committee for Education and Students Affairs on the decision of the Council of the Department of Mechanical Engineering on the proposal to form the committees for the examinations of the bachelor's degree for the second semester of the academic year 2017/2018 as well as the waste.Resolution: Approved by the Council. 3. For the second semester of the academic year 2017/2018 open book system.Resolution: Approved by the Council. 12- The Board was presented with the denial of some students to take the exam to exceed the percentage of absenteeism allowed by all teams in the departments of the college and special programs for the second semester of the academic year 2017 / 2018. "Attached is the names of disadvantaged students"     In accordance with the decision of the College Council in the previous session No. (1066) on 19/2/2018. Resolution: The Council approved the following:          1- The period until the end of the academic year shall be considered a period of attendance for all students.        2 - depriving the students whose absence rate is 40% or more according to the statements from the special departments and                    programs.        3 - To alert the Department of Education and students to declare disadvantaged students in all means of advertising college                      (Internet - bulletin board - a letter of knowledge access - direct alert). 13. The Board presented the letter from Mr. / Vice President for Education and Students Affairs regarding the travel of the Assuit University Students Union to participate in the cadres of the Institute of Leadership Development in Helwan and taking the necessary postponement of the exams of the participating students as well as exemption from attendance of the students in this period. 11-16 / 4/2018.The Education and Student Affairs Committee is recommended to take into consideration the students' examination as well as the attendance from 11-16 / 4/2018 for students.
