Under the patronage of Prof. Dr. Ahmed El-Minshawy, President of the University, and Prof. Dr. Ahmed Abdel-Mawla, Vice President for Education and Student Affairs, the Phocus Conference—organized by EPSF Assiut students—was inaugurated on Tuesday, April 14, 2026.

The event was held under the supervision and in the presence of Prof. Dr.  Gihan Nabil Fetih, Dean of the Faculty; Prof. Dr.  Hassan Refat Hassan, Vice Dean for Education and Student Affairs; and Dr. Shaimaa Abdel-Taher, Director of the Youth Welfare Department.

The conference aims to introduce the various fields of clinical pharmacy and provide a practical, real-world simulation of professional practice. It runs over four days and is attended by students from Assiut University, Al-Ahly University, Al-Azhar University (Assiut branch), Sphinx University, and Badr University in Assiut.
