Under the auspices of His Excellency Professor Dr. Ahmed El-Menshawy, President of the University, and within the framework of the activities of the Technological Services Unit, and in order to enhance the efficiency of staff in using digital systems at the ،Faculty, a workshop was organized entitled "The Mechanism for Using University Academic Email and Its Basic Services." This workshop was held under the supervision of Professor Dr. Gihan Nabil Hassan Fetih, Dean of the ،Faculty; Professor Dr. Ahmed Safwat Mohamed Aboraia, Head of the Department of Pharmaceutical Chemistry and Director of the Technological Services Unit; and Dr. Rana Mohamed Ibrahim Morsy, Lecturer in the Department of Pharmaceutical Organic Chemistry and Supervisor of E-Learning. The workshop covered several topics, including how to activate university academic email, how to use email for official correspondence, linking email to Microsoft 365 applications, and guidelines for security and electronic protection. The workshop was presented by Professor Dr. Ahmed Safwat Mohamed Aboraia, Head of the Department of Pharmaceutical Chemistry and Director of the Technological Services Unit.
