حيث بدءت الندوة بكلمة للسيد الأستاذ الدكتور/ سماح محمد عبدالله عميد الكلية بالترحيب بأعضاء اللجان وكذلك بالترحيب بالحضور ومناقشة عدة موضوعات خاصة بقطاع الدراسات العليا ثم بدا بعد ذلك السادة أعضاء اللجان في شرح وتوضيح كيفية عمل ملف الترقيات وكذلك كيفية معرفة ادخال البيانات على الموقع الخاص بالمجلس الأعلى للجامعات والمستندات اللازمة لاستكمال الملفات
