As part of the American Heart Association's (AHA) celebration of "Heart Saver Month" in October 2025, the International Training Center at the Faculty of Nursing, Assiut University, continues its leading role in serving the community

 Using only their hands, as part of the activities celebrating "Heart Savior Month ".

excellence and motivating outstanding performance among its staff, the Faculty of Nursing organized a ceremony to recognize the ideal male and female employees.

At the college level, under the patronage of Professor Dr. Ahmed El-Menshawy, President of the University, and Professor Dr. Mahmoud Abdel-Aleem, Vice President of the University for Community Service and Environmental Development .

The ceremony was attended by Professor Dr. Fatima Rushdi Muhammad, Dean of the College, Professor Dr. Nahed Shawkat Abu Al-Majd, Vice Dean of the College for Community Service and Environmental Development, Professor Dr. Ikram Ibrahim Muhammad, Vice Dean of the College for Graduate Studies and Research, and Professor Iman Ghadeer Mustafa, Secretary General of the College .

The ceremony began with a speech by Ms. Iman Ghadeer Mustafa, the college's Secretary General, who welcomed the attendees and congratulated Professor Dr. Fatima Rushdi Muhammad on assuming the duties of Dean of the College, praying that God would grant her success in her responsibilities and elevate the college's standing among Egyptian and international universities. She also expressed her gratitude and appreciation to Professor Dr. Samah Muhammad Abdullah, the former Dean, for her dedicated service and contributions to the college and its advancement .

Professor Dr. Nahed Shawkat Abu Al-Majd, Vice Dean of the College for Community Service and Environmental Development, expressed her happiness at holding the Ideal Employee Competition, stressing that such initiatives cultivate a sense of belonging and appreciate the efforts made by employees .

In the same context, Professor Dr. Ikram Ibrahim Mohamed, Vice Dean of the College for Graduate Studies and Research, explained the importance of the role of the administrative staff in the college, stating that they are partners in creating success and that they are a fundamental pillar in the educational system.

Professor Dr. Fatima Rushdi Muhammad, Dean of the College, also expressed her delight at honoring the distinguished staff members and thanked all faculty and staff for their dedication and continuous efforts to provide the highest quality education and services to the college's students. She also announced that the competition will be held semi-annually to recognize excellence and encourage creativity and dedication within the college .

At the conclusion of the ceremony, the Dean of the College announced the winners of the title of ideal male and female employee at the college level, where Mr. Ashraf Qamha, an employee in the Purchasing Department, won the title of ideal employee, while Ms. Hemmat Mustafa Muhammad, an employee in the Quality Department, won the title of ideal female employee .
