In an atmosphere of enthusiasm and a spirit of fair sports competition, the final activities of the five-a-side football league for students of the College of Nursing and the Technical Institute of Nursing concluded, which was held over a whole week with the participation of 32 teams of college students .

During the ceremony, the teams that won first, second, and third place were honored, in the presence of :

- Professor Dr. Fatima Rushdi Muhammad – Dean of the College

- Professor Dr. Ikram Ibrahim Mohamed – Vice Dean of the College for Graduate Studies and Research

- Professor Dr. Nahed Shawkat Abu Al-Magd – Vice Dean of the College for Community Service and Environmental Development

- Mr. Mahmoud Ahmed Abdel-Allah – Director of the Youth Welfare Department

- Student/ Abdul Rahman Sayed Qanawi - President of the College Student Union, in addition to the presence of members of the College Union Council and student activity .

The final match was held at the college stadium at 5 pm between the following teams :

The match ended with Al-Nujoom winning (2-0) on penalty kicks, after the original time ended in a positive draw (1-1 ).

- The Council of Professors of the Department of Pediatric Nursing, held on 5-10-2025, approved the appointment of Dr. Atiyat Muhammad Hassan, Assistant Professor in the Department, to the rank of Professor, based on the decision of the Scientific Committee for Promotions to the Ranks of Professors and Assistant Professors in Nursing, dated 26-8-2025, which stated that the scientific output submitted by Her Excellency qualifies her to obtain the rank of Professor in Pediatric Nursing at the Faculty of Nursing - Assiut University.

- The Council of Professors of the Department of Nursing Management, meeting held on 5-10-2025, approved the appointment of Dr. Amal Sayed Mohamed Abdel Hafez, Assistant Professor in the Department, to the rank of Professor, based on the decision of the Scientific Committee for Promotions to the Ranks of Professors and Assistant Professors in Nursing, dated 26-8-2025, which stated that the scientific output submitted by Her Excellency qualifies her to obtain the rank of Professor in Nursing Management at the Faculty of Nursing - Assiut University.

- The Nursing Management Department Council, in its meeting No. (180) held on 6-10-2025, approved the appointment of Dr. Maha Mohamed Rashed Ghaly, a lecturer in the department, to the rank of Assistant Professor, based on the decision of the Scientific Committee for Promotions to the Ranks of Professors and Assistant Professors in Nursing dated 26-8-2025, which states that the scientific output submitted by her qualifies her to obtain the rank of Assistant Professor in Nursing Management at the Faculty of Nursing - Assiut University.

- The Department of Psychiatric and Mental Health Nursing Council, in its 149th session held on 2-10-2025, approved the appointment of Ms. Sharbat Mustafa Muhammad, Assistant Lecturer in the Department, to the position of Lecturer, as she was awarded a PhD on 25-9-2025.

- The approval of the Council of the Department of Internal and Surgical Nursing in its meeting No. (186) held on 1-10-2025 AD to appoint both: Mrs. Walaa Ali Abdul Rahman and Mrs. Asmaa Mahmoud Jumaa, Assistant Lecturers in the Department, to the position of Lecturers, as they were granted the PhD degree on 25-9-2025 AD.

- The Nursing Management Department Council, in its 180th session held on 6-10-2025, approved the appointment of Teaching Assistant Madeleine Ishaq Nazmi to the position of Lecturer, and she was awarded a Master's degree in Nursing Science (Nursing Management) on 1-10-2025.

The council also discussed various topics related to departmental councils and different sectors within the college.
