Under the auspices of Prof. Dr. Ahmed El-Minshawy, President of Assiut University, and Prof. Dr. Ahmed Abdel Mawla, Vice President for Education and Student Affairs, the inauguration ceremony of the Student Union Council of the Faculty of Nursing for the academic year 2024/2025 was launched in the faculty auditorium, in the presence of Prof. Dr. Samah Mohamed Abdullah, Dean of the Faculty, Prof. Dr. Fatima Roshdy Mohamed, Vice Dean for Education and Student Affairs, Prof. Dr. Ikram Ibrahim Mohamed, Vice Dean for Graduate Studies and Research, and Prof. Dr. Nahed Shawkat Abu Almajd, Vice Dean for Community Service and Environmental Development, Dr. Hikmat Ibrahim, coordinator of activities, committee advisors, heads of departments, head of the Assiut University Student Union, members of the University Student Union Council, Faculty of Nursing, activity students and Youth Welfare Department, in addition to a group of faculty members and their assistants from various departments and college students.

During the activities of the ceremony, Dr. Samah Abdullah Ali expressed her pride and pride in the students of the college and their keenness to participate in many student activities activities at the university level and their harvest of many advanced positions in all forums and competitions at the university level, stressing the importance of the college administration to provide all means of support and sponsorship of all student activities, based on the university's keenness to spread cultural, intellectual and enlightenment awareness among the university's youth and support the process of building a normal human being capable of decision-making.
