Dr. Mostafa Madbouly, Prime Minister, issued a decree appointing Mr. Shawkat Saber Thabet Farghaly as Secretary General of Assiut University at the (excellent) job level for a year.
In the light of this decision, Dr. Ahmed El-Minshawy, Acting President of Assiut University, extended his sincere congratulations on behalf of the university to Mr. Shawkat Saber, who was seconded to the job until an official decision was issued to appoint him, wishing him success in serving the university and its affiliates.
