The community services and environment development in the faculty of engineering contributes to the role of the faculty  in community services that includes giving engineering consultations in all fields, holding training courses for the engineers and the technicians and public symposiums and lectures. TUFS has established relationships with many partner universities in Egypt to enhance the educational opportunities available to outgoing and incoming exchange students. With most of these partner universities, we also have concluded Fee Waiver Agreements that allow students to study abroad without having to the pay any additional tuition fees on top of their regular fees at their home university, and Credit Transfer Agreements that allow exchange students to transfer credits earned through coursework to their home universities in order to contribute to their degree program graduation requirements.

The university committee took some concerning scholarships and delegations: Any faculty member must work for at least two years before applying for scholarships and and delegations.No faculty member is allowed to take more than ten years for delegations or vacations for scientific tasks throughout his working years.
