Members of the Board of Directors of the Measurement and Evaluation Unit met at exactly eleven in the morning on Wednesday 23/9/2020 under the chairmanship of Prof. Dr. Hassan Muhammad Huwail, Vice Dean for Community Service and Environmental Development, on behalf of Prof. Dr. Adel Rasmi Hammad Al-Najdi, Dean of the College and Chairman of the Board The administration and Dr. Muhammad Mustafa Muhammad Hamad, director of the unit, and in the presence of the members of the unit, and the meeting dealt with the following themes:1- Approving procedures for evaluating the examination paper.2- Continuing the formation of the examination evaluation committees that took place in the first semester of the second semester.3- Approving the proposed committees to manage question banks.4- Adopting procedures for implementing the question bank system.5- The question bank officials' proposal and their tasks.6- Approving the reports of the results of statistical analysis for the second semester decisions of 2019/2020.7- Setting a date for a workshop to discuss the results of the examination paper evaluation.8- Approving the elements of the electronic achievement file.9- Setting a date for a workshop on "designing the electronic achievement file".
