Under the patronage of Prof. Dr. Ahmed Al-Menshawi, Acting President of Assiut University, Prof. Dr. Maha Ghanem, Vice President for Environmental Affairs and Community Service, and Prof. Dr. Magdy Alwan, Dean of the Faculty of Arts, a seminar entitled "Climate Change, Its Causes and Repercussions" was organized. In the presence of Prof. Dr. Hamed Mashhour, Vice Dean for Environmental Affairs and Community Service, Prof. Dr. Khalid Salama, Vice Dean for Education and Student Affairs, and a group of faculty members and their assistants at the College,
The seminar was attended by Dr. Mohamed Hani Saeed, Assistant Professor of Climate Geography at the Department of Geography, who
Through it, he referred to the natural causes of climate change and the human causes of climate change through increasing the concentration of greenhouse gases due to the industrial revolution and technological progress of man, as well as touched on the most important negative repercussions of climate change and the extent of its impact on water resources in Egypt as well as agricultural production, health and tourism, in addition to the scenarios of sea level rise and the extent of its impact on Egyptian coastal cities in terms of environmental, population, urban and economic, as Dr. Wael Zahran, Assistant Professor at the Department of Geography.  Giving an educational part about the importance of awareness of everything new about the repercussions of this phenomenon and its long-term developments.

Introductory meeting at the Department of Media for New Students in Assiut Literature
Under the patronage of Prof. Dr. Ahmed Al-Menshawi, Acting President of the University, Prof. Dr. Ahmed Abdel Mawla, Vice President for Education and Student Affairs, and with the support of Prof. Magdy Alwan, Dean of the Faculty of Arts, Prof. Dr. Khaled Salama, Vice Dean for Education and Student Affairs, and under the supervision of Dr. Rehab Al-Dakhli, Head of the Media Department at the College of Arts, the Media Department organized the introductory meeting for new students on Monday, October 31, 2022.
The event was attended by faculty members and members of the assistant staff of the Department of Media with the aim of shedding light on the study system in the department, facilitating the transition from school to university life, consolidating the rules of understanding, analysis and creativity among students, and encouraging them to interact and excel in the academic field and student activities.

In the rehab of the Faculty of Arts, Assiut University, and in the presence of a committee of distinguished Prof. Dr. Motamed Ali Ahmed Suleiman, Prof. Dr. Ezzat Shehata Karrar and Prof. Dr. Mohammed Ali Qandil, Kuwaiti researcher Ayed Dawwas Patel Al-Rashidi was discussed in his doctoral thesis specializing in Islamic Studies (Fiqh) entitled (The Role of Medical Evidence in Changing Jurisprudence Judgments A Comparative Study between Islamic Jurisprudence and Kuwaiti Law) The Discussion and Judgment Committee awarded the researcher a PhD with a first class honors grade wishing him continued success.

Researcher Noura Ali Ahmed Salem was awarded a master's degree in Islamic studies specializing in jurisprudence with excellent grade

In the rehab of the Faculty of Arts and in the company of the distinguished Prof. Dr. Wajih Mahmoud Ahmed, Prof. Dr. Imad Ali Abdul Samie and Prof. Dr. Mohamed Abdel Razek Khader, the distinguished researcher Noura Ali Ahmed Salem was discussed in her thesis entitled "Traces of Sheikh Albani in his book Tammam Al-Manna on Sheikh Sayyid Former in his book Fiqh al-Sunnah Critical Study" The researcher was awarded a master's degree in Islamic Studies (Fiqh) with an excellent grade.
