<p>Under the supervision of His Excellency Professor Dr. Ahmed Al-Manshawy – President of Assiut University, His Excellency Professor Dr. Jamal Badr – Vice President of the University for Graduate Studies and Research, Professor Dr. Yasmin El-Kahky – Dean of the Faculty, Professor Dr. Nariman Ishaq – Vice Dean for Graduate Studies and Research, and Professor Dr. Hind Mohamed Ali – Head of the Home Economics Department, the master's thesis of researcher Israa Zein El-Abdin Ahmed, specializing in Nutrition and Food Sciences, was discussed. The thesis is entitled "The Relationship Between Zinc from Food Sources and Heart Function in Patients with Heart Muscle Weakness." The discussion took place on Thursday, November 6, 2025, at 10:00 AM in the Faculty Conference Hall.
