الملخص

    يحتاج الأخصائيين الاجتماعيين العاملين بالمجال المدرسي إلي تطوير أدائهم باستمرار وخاصة في ظل التحول الرقمي الذي غزي العالم بأكمله, ولقد ظهر مفهوم التحول الرقمي نتيجة لقوتين متلازمتين هما "قوة تكنولوجيا المعلومات والاتصالات, والعولمة" لذا يجب علي الدولة والقيادات ضرورة الاهتمام بتطوير الأداء المهني للأخصائيين الاجتماعين العاملين بالمجال المدرسي, لذلك كان لابد من بحث ودراسة متطلبات تطوير الأداء المهني للأخصائيين الاجتماعيين بالمجال المدرسي في ظل التحول الرقمي, وتحديد المعوقات التي تعوق تطوير الأداء المهني للأخصائيين الاجتماعيين بالمجال المدرسي في ظل التحول الرقمي, والتوصل إلي بعض المقترحات لتطوير الأداء المهني للأخصائيين الاجتماعيين بالمجال المدرسي في ظل التحول الرقمي, وتنتمي هذه الدراسة وفقاً لأهدافها إلي نمط الدراسات الوصفية, وقد اعتمدت الدراسة علي المنهج العلمي باستخدام منهج المسح الاجتماعي الشامل لجميع الأخصائيين الاجتماعيين العاملين بمدارس المرحلة الثانوية العامة والفنية بمركز طهطا وعددهم (41) أخصائي اجتماعي, وتمثل المجال الزمني للدراسة في فترة جمع البيانات من الميدان وعرض وتحليل النتائج والتي بدأت خلال الفترة من 4/6/2023م حتي 22/6/ 2023م.

Therefore, the state and leaders must pay attention to developing the professional performance of working social workers, In the school field, therefore, it was necessary to research and study the requirements for developing the professional performance of social workers in the school field in light of the digital transformation, and to identify the obstacles that impede the development of the professional performance of social workers in the school field in light of the digital transformation, and to reach some proposals to develop the professional performance of social workers in the school field in shadow digital transformation, According to its objectives, this study belongs to the style of descriptive studies, and The study relied on the scientific method using the comprehensive social survey approach for all social workers working in the general and technical secondary schools in Tahta Center, and their number is (41) social workers, The time domain of the study represents the period of data collection from the field and presentation And an analysis of the results, which began during the period from 4/6/2023 AD to 6/22/2023 AD.
