Psychological security is an important requirement for all individuals, especially
teenage girls of unknown parentage, as they need to strengthen and improve their
psychological security, in order to face the difficulties that fall on them from society
and its members.
Given that the phenomenon of illegal births (of unknown lineage) is one of the
negative phenomena in societies, it is no less dangerous than social phenomena
such as homelessness, addiction, deviation, and others, so the profession of social
service that can help adolescents of unknown parentage identify their social and
psychological problems through The spiritual approach in the way of serving the
individual as a therapeutic approach depends on the effectiveness of spiritual and
religious values in modifying the client's attitudes and delinquent patterns as a
driving force that strongly rejects all forms of human foolishness and restores social
stability for the individual, group and society to achieve the maximum states of
human maturity and growth, and a study relied on the comprehensive social survey
method For adolescent girls of unknown parentage in Assiut governorate, and their
results reached a set of important recommendations that can help improve the
psychological security of children of unknown parentage, in addition to setting up a
counseling program suggested by Munawar, the spiritual entrance in the way of
serving the individual.

Aggression in the modern era has become a widespread behavioral phenomenon that
almost includes the world with its impact, and aggression is no longer limited to
individuals, but has expanded to include groups and societies, and sometimes even
issued by States and governments, and nature has not escaped the evil of aggression
represented in the extermination of some of its elements or pollution of others, and
whether the expression of this behavior violence, terrorism or extremism, they all
refer to one content is aggression.
The service of the individual has been characterized by many theories and entrances
on which the practice is based and varied income methods through the use of
different models, including cognitive behavioral therapy, as it is one of the trends of
the defined entrance, which can be relied upon to modify the behavior of customers
and provide them with new behavioral patterns and this is done through cognitive
methods and techniques.
The researcher relied on the method of library study by counting and analyzing what
resulted from previous research in the field of university youth, especially with regard
to their different behaviors and trends, as well as what was contained in the
theoretical heritage available for the literature of dialectical behavioral therapy in the
service of the individual, as well as in some references, foreign studies, some Arab
references and field experiences for the method of serving the individual.
The study reached a set of different recommendations to develop a proposed
conception, including the provision of social workers with experience and knowledge
of modern treatment models, especially the model of dialectical behavioral therapy
with all its skills and technical methods used in the treatment process, and the
enrollment of social workers in universities in appropriate training programs to
provide them with theoretical knowledge, trends and appropriate skills to deal with
behavioral problems among university students.

The study aimed to achieve the primary objective of identifying the effectiveness of dialectical behavior therapy (DBT) in reducing socially aggressive behavior among university students. The secondary objectives of the treatment program using DBT are achieved through sessions designed to reduce socially aggressive behavior toward oneself, reduce socially aggressive behavior toward others, and reduce socially aggressive behavior toward public and private property.
This study falls within the scope of studies that measure the return on professional intervention, using a quasi-experimental design (single-case design). The study sample consisted of (10) university students at the Faculty of Social Work, Assiut University. A situation assessment form, content analysis of data and information from each student's file, and content analysis of professional interviews were used.
The study results demonstrated the effectiveness of the professional intervention program (DBT) in reducing socially aggressive behavior among university students. The overall effect size was 0.89, a high effect size indicating that 89% of the change is attributable to the program. The results also showed that the program contributed to reducing all three dimensions of aggression. The greatest improvement occurred in the dimension of aggression toward oneself, with a change rate of 40.91%, followed by aggression toward others, with a change rate of 40.34%, and then aggression toward property, with a change rate of 36.88%.
The study results also confirmed the validity of the main and sub-hypotheses, as statistically significant differences were found between the repeated measures (A - B - A2 - B2) in the total score on the social aggression scale, as well as in its three dimensions, confirming the clear and effective impact of the treatment program.

استهدفت الدراسة تحديد مستوى تطبيق المرونة التنظيمية في وحدات إدارة الأزمات والكوارث بجامعة أسيوط , تحديد واقع مراحل التخطيط لإدارة الأزمات والكوارث في وحـدات إدارة الأزمات والكوارث بجامعـة أسيوط , تحديد العلاقة بين المرونة التنظيمية والتخطيط لإدارة الأزمات والكوارث في وحـدات إدارة الأزمات بجامعة أسيوط , تحديد الصعوبات التي تواجه اسهامات المرونة التنظيمية في التخطيط لإدارة الأزمات والكوارث بجامعة أسيوط , تحديد مقترحات اسهامات المرونة التنظيمية في التخطيط لإدارة الأزمات والكوارث بوحدات إدارة الأزمات بجامعة أسيوط , تعد هذه الدراسة من الدراسات الوصفية, اعتمدت الدراسة على منهج المسح الاجتماعي الشامل لأعضاء فريق العمل بوحدات إدارة الأزمات بكليات جامعة أسيوط , وعددهم (76 (مفردة , وتوصلت نتائج الدراسة إلى وجود علاقة طردية تأثيرية دالة إحصائيا بين المرونة التنظيمية والتخطيط لإدارة الأزمات والكوارث بجامعة أسيوط , التوصل إلى خطة عمل مقترحة للتخطيط لإدارة الأزمات والكوارث بجامعة أسيوط .

استهدفت الدراسة تحديد مستوى بناء القدرات المؤسسية بمؤسسات الرعاية الاجتماعية, رصد واقع تحقيق الإصلاح الإداري بمؤسسات الرعاية الاجتماعية, تحديد العلاقة بين بناء القدرات المؤسسية وتحقيق الإصلاح الإدارى بمؤسسات الرعاية الاجتماعية, رصد الصعوبات التي تواجه إسهامات بناء القدرات المؤسسية في تحقيق الإصلاح الإدارى بمؤسسات الرعاية الاجتماعية, والتوصل إلى آليات تخطيطية مقترحة لتفعيل إسهامات بناء القدرات المؤسسية في تحقيق الإصلاح الإدارى بمؤسسات الرعاية الاجتماعية, وتعد هذه الدراسة من الدراسات الوصفية, واعتمدت الدراسة على منهج المسح الاجتماعى الشامل للمسئولين بمديرية الشباب والرياضة بمحافظة أسيوط وعددهم (158) مفرده, وتمثلت أدوات الدراسة في استبيان للمسئولين حول بناء القدرات المؤسسية وتحقيق الإصلاح الإدارى بمؤسسات الرعاية الاجتماعية , وتوصلت نتائج الدراسة إلى قبول فروض الدراسة .

     استهدفت الدراسة تحديد مستوى المناخ التنظيمي بجامعة أسيوط , تحديد مستوى الجدارات الإدارية لدى أعضاء هيئة التدريس بجامعة أسيوط , تحديد أكثر أبعاد المناخ التنظيمي ارتباطاً بتنمية الجدارات الإدارية لدى أعضاء هيئة التدريس بجامعة أسيوط , تحديد الصعوبات التي تواجه إسهامات المناخ التنظيمي في تنمية الجدارات الإدارية لدى أعضاء هيئة التدريس بجامعة أسيوط , وصولاً إلى خطة عمل مقترحة لتفعيل إسهامات المناخ التنظيمي في تنمية الجدارات الإدارية لدى أعضاء هيئة التدريس بجامعة أسيوط , تعد هذه الدراسة من الدراسات الوصفية , اعتمدت الدراسة على المنهج العلمى باستخدام منهج المسح الاجتماعى بالعينة لأعضاء هيئة التدريس بجامعة أسيوط وعددهم (354) مفردة . وتمثلت أداة الدراسة فى استبيان لأعضاء هيئة التدريس بجامعة أسيوط , وتوصلت نتائج الدراسة إلى وجود علاقة طردية دالة إحصائياً بين المناخ التنظيمى وتنمية الجدارات الإدارية لدى أعضاء هيئة التدريس بجامعة أسيوط .

  استهدفت الدراسة تحديد مستوى الذكاء الاستراتيجي للعاملين بالقطاع التعليمي، تحديد مستوى التمكين الإداري للعاملين بالقطاع التعليمي، تحديد العلاقة بين الذكاء الاستراتيجي وتحقيق التمكين الإداري للعاملين بالقطاع التعليمي, تحديد المعوقات التي تواجه إسهامات الذكاء الاستراتيجي في تحقيق التمكين الإداري للعاملين بالقطاع التعليمي, التوصل إلى آليات تخطيطية مقترحة لتفعيل إسهامات الذكاء الاستراتيجي في تحقيق التمكين الإداري للعاملين بالقطاع التعليمي، وتعد هذه الدراسة من الدراسات الوصفية, اعتمدت الدراسة على المنهج العلمي باستخدام منهج المسح الاجتماعي الشامل للقيادات التعليمية بإدارة ساحل سليم التعليمية, بمحافظة أسيوط وعددهم (17 (مفردة , المسح الاجتماعي الشامل للقيادات التعليمية بجميع المدارس بمركز ساحل سليم بمحافظة أسيوط والذي بلغ عددهم (146) مفردة. وتمثلت أدوات الدراسة في استبيان للقيادات حول الذكاء الاستراتيجي وتحقيق التمكين الإداري للعاملين بالقطاع التعليمي. وتوصلت نتائج الدراسة إلي قبول فروض الدراسة , والتوصل إلى آليات تخطيطية مقترحة لتفعيل إسهامات الذكاء الاستراتيجي في تحقيق التمكين الإداري للعاملين بالقطاع التعليمي .
