Meeting of the Dean of the College with the Aptitude Test Committees ?

Prof. Dr. Emad Samir, Dean of the College, met with the attendance of the College's Vice Deans, Prof. Dr. Yasser Hassan, Vice Dean of Education and Student Affairs, Prof. Dr. Ahmed Khadry, Vice Dean of Graduate Studies and Research, Prof. Dr. Mustafa Al-Sabai, Vice Dean of Community Service and Environmental Development, and the heads of departments with the faculty members in their capacity as members of the faculty's aptitude test committees. He began his meeting by welcoming the faculty members and honoring Prof. Dr. Mahmoud Abdel Halim, Professor of the Department of Curricula and Physical Education Teaching and former Dean of the College, with the Father's Day Shield presented by the General Syndicate of Sports Professions, where he handed over the shield with Prof. Dr. Gamal Muhammad Ali, Professor of the Department of Sports Administration and Recreation and former Dean of the College and Secretary-General of the Syndicate of Sports Professions. He also honored the heads and deputies of the controls for the speed of completing the results of the study groups with a shield presented to Prof. Dr. Tariq Salah, Head of the Second-Year Control, and a shield presented to the Fourth-Year Control headed by Prof. Dr. Abdullah Farghali, Head of the Control, and Prof. Dr. Amr Sayed Hassan, Vice-Head of the Control.

During his speech, the Dean of the College urged everyone to provide all means of comfort and support to all students and the parents accompanying the students and to prepare appropriate places for them. ?Then he went on to clarify and emphasize all the conditions and controls emanating from the Supreme Committee for Ability Tests, as well as the great care that the tests are in accordance with these controls, conditions and standards set by the committee. ?His Excellency indicated that all students applying for the tests have equal opportunities without any discrimination and that all students must exert their utmost effort and perform all tests with full focus in order to pass all stages of the tests and succeed. At the end of the meeting, His Excellency stressed that the college and all faculty members and participating committees are very keen to provide all means of support and assistance and provide an atmosphere befitting the Faculty of Physical Education and the prestigious Assiut University and to test and evaluate students with all accuracy according to the standards set by the Supreme Committee for Ability Tests, considering that these students are the true plant of Egyptian sports in the future. #Wishing all the faculty members participating in the examination committees, as well as the students, all the best and success.???

#Specially for the college’s postgraduate studies
The College of Physical Education announces the opening of electronic applications for postgraduate programs in the period from September 1, 2024 to September 19, 2024.
According to the following conditions:- 
#First_general_diploma_stage 
The following requirements are required for a student to be registered to obtain a general diploma in physical education:
1- To have a bachelor’s degree in physical education from one of the Egyptian universities.

 

2- Approval of the employer if he works.
3- The student must submit an application for registration on the forms prepared by the College’s Graduate Studies Department [for free] upon announcement and submit it to the relevant department council and the Graduate Studies and Research Committee to express an opinion before submitting it to the College Council.
4- In order to take the course exam, the student must have achieved an attendance rate in lectures of no less than 75%.
5- The student must personally submit his papers for registration.
#Second_Master's_Stage

?

Documents required for the Master's degree"
1- Original academic qualification certificate (bachelor’s and diploma in physical education).
2- The original certificate of assessment for each qualification separately.
3- A copy of the military service certificate or exemption from it. 
4- “4” personal photos.                        
5- Original birth certificate (computer). 
6- Bring a certificate stating that no disciplinary penalty was imposed during the years of study.
7 - A statement of employment status from the employer, certified and stamped with the seal of the Republic’s logo.
8- A copy of the national ID card or a copy of the passport for expatriates, certified and stamped as an exact copy, provided that the front and back photos are on one page.

9- Approval from the employer approving his enrollment in postgraduate studies to obtain a “Master’s Degree in Physical Education” stamped with the seal of the emblem of the Republic.
10- A declaration that he does not work in any government agency or private sector.
11- If the file is completed and the registration papers are accepted, the prescribed tuition fees of (2000) pounds will be paid in addition to the original certificate of 70.85 pounds. (200 pounds, the value of two Research Fund stamps) in addition to 10 pounds for support for people with disabilities, noting that payment will be by Visa card.
12- The student personally submits papers for registration, and the student is verified personally, and incomplete papers are not accepted.
#Third_PhD stage

? Conditions for registering a doctorate degree in physical education:-
1- Original academic qualification certificate (Bachelor’s, Diploma and Master’s in Physical Education)
2- The original certificate of assessment for each qualification separately.
3- A copy of the military service certificate or exemption from it. 
4- “4” personal photos.                        
5- A copy of the decision to appoint an assistant lecturer at the college.
6- Original birth certificate (computer). 
7- Bring a certificate stating that no disciplinary penalty was imposed during the years of study.
8- A statement of employment status from the employer, certified and stamped with the seal of the Republic’s logo.

 

9- A copy of the national ID card or a copy of the passport for expatriates, certified and stamped as an exact copy, provided that the front and back photos are on one page.    
10- Approval from the employer approving his enrollment in postgraduate studies to obtain a “Doctor of Philosophy degree in physical education” stamped with the seal of the emblem of the Republic.
11- A declaration that he does not work in any government agency or private sector.
12- If the file is completed and the registration papers are accepted, the prescribed tuition fees amounting to (2500) pounds will be paid in addition to the original certificate amounting to 116.05 pounds. (200 pounds) value of 2 research fund stamps (note that payment will be by Visa card).

13- The student personally submits papers for registration, and the student is verified personally, and incomplete papers are not accepted.
