The Faculty of Physical Education was honored by the visit of His Excellency Prof. Dr. Ahmed Abdel-Mawla, Vice President of the University for Education and Student Affairs, during his inspection tour of the first day of the aptitude tests at the college. His Excellency was accompanied by Prof. Dr. Emad Samir, Dean of the College, Prof. Dr. Yasser Hassan, Vice Dean of the College for Education and Student Affairs, Prof. Dr. Ahmed Khadry, Vice Dean of the College for Graduate Studies and Research, and Prof. Dr. Mustafa Al-Sabai, Vice Dean of the College for Community Service and Environmental Development Affairs.

His Excellency the Vice President of the University went through the stages of the first day, starting with the places and method of receiving the applicant students and recording the data, as well as the procedures for medical examination, measuring height and weight, and ensuring the regularity of the work of the examination committees and that they are carried out easily and smoothly in light of the conditions and rules set and stipulated by the Supreme Committee for Aptitude Tests at the Supreme Council of Universities.
For his part, Prof. Dr. Imad Samir, Dean of the College, stressed the College's keenness to implement all controls and conditions for admission tests, while providing all support and assistance from the College administration and examination committees to help students perform the tests easily and smoothly, starting from the first day until the third and final day.

Within the framework of fruitful and constructive cooperation between Assiut University, which is one of the oldest Egyptian universities, and the leadership of the Popular and Military Defense Forces represented by the Military Education Department at Assiut University.
#Please kindly note the following:
1 - Recently, some students have complained about being exposed to fraud by some groups on social media and transferring sums of money to Vodafone Cash in exchange for completing the military education course and extracting success certificates.
2 - Some students went to the Military Education Department to obtain a certificate of completion of the course according to what was specified for them from the aforementioned groups, and the student discovered that he was not registered or had any data within the Military Education Department, and it became clear to us that they were electronic groups for fraud on students.
3- Kindly take what you deem appropriate to publish to all students not to deal with military education courses except with the Military Education Department at the university only and that the Military Education Department is not responsible for any student being exposed to electronic fraud or by some individuals.
4- Kindly publish that registration for military education courses is done by the student going in person with his national ID card and college card to register manually in the military education course and that there are no electronic sites for registration.
E- The student registering himself on the military education system and receiving the registration card and course instructions and attending it is the only legal procedure to obtain the course
6- Raising awareness among students to immediately report any sites or individuals who receive sums of money in exchange for completing the course.
7- Kindly publish an official publication issued by the Military Education Department on all colleges and the official page of Assiut University.

* In light of the statement issued by the Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research regarding the aptitude tests for colleges*

* The following is an explanatory post regarding the aptitude tests qualifying for admission to the Faculties of Physical Education, as admission requires passing these tests for students of the Egyptian General Secondary Certificate for this year 2024*
* Within the timetable for the work of the Coordination Office for Admission to Universities and Institutes for this year 2024, the Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research is pleased to announce that the Coordination Office will begin its work immediately after the end of the Egyptian General Secondary Examinations, by organizing aptitude tests for its students wishing to enroll in colleges that require passing the aptitude tests qualifying for admission, in accordance with the admission conditions and rules issued by the Supreme Council of Universities.

?#To facilitate our students, and within the framework of the e-government system, and what we are witnessing of a digital transformation in all fields and services provided by the state with all its agencies, the Ministry of Higher Education has provided the opportunity for our students to register their desires to perform the aptitude tests electronically through the electronic coordination website on the Internet during the period from Saturday 7/25/2024 until Thursday 8/8/2024.

#Steps_to_register for aptitude tests through the electronic coordination website on the Internet:
?- The student enters the electronic coordination website shown above, then enters the aptitude tests registration page on this site.
?- The student starts the registration process to take the aptitude tests, using the national ID number and the student's seating number.
?- The student's personal data appears, which includes (seat number - student's name - national ID number - governorate - educational administration to which the student belongs - school - department that the student studied "scientific - engineering - literature"), and the student must verify the accuracy of the data recorded on the student's electronic coordination website.
?- A list of the types of aptitude tests available to the student, the colleges, and the places designated for taking these tests, as well as the dates specified for the student, appears to the student.
?- After the student completes the registration process, the student prints a receipt, which includes the types of abilities that he expressed a desire to take, the dates, and the places to take these tests in the colleges that the student registered on the electronic coordination website.
?- The test fee is paid through electronic payment channels only, whether using prepaid cards / credit cards or electronic payment company collection outlets.
✋ ️No other means of payment are accepted and the exam date is not obtained from the website until the payment process is completed by the means specified on the website of the electronic coordination's aptitude tests.
?- The student chooses the type of aptitudes and dates, and the date on which he will go to the college will be determined, noting that the tests continue for the following three days.
?- The college will be committed to holding the aptitude exams on the specified dates.
?- The college will also be committed to sending and entering the exam results directly through the college's dedicated page on the electronic coordination website, for all eligible students applying for these tests, after verifying the correctness of the seat number and the student's name; so that there are no errors in the results.
?- The electronic coordination program is provided with the names and data of the students who passed these tests; to be nominated based on them, and the colleges are fully responsible for these results during the time period allocated for that, as no other results will be accepted after the electronic coordination website is closed to register eligible students for these tests.
?- Exams are conducted on the scheduled dates once for each type of these abilities, and a student who fails them is not allowed to take the ability tests again, whether in the same college or another college, and any paper statement given by the colleges regarding the result of the ability tests will not be accepted; In order to ensure transparency with our students.
✍️#Required_papers_when_taking_the_exams_at_the_college:-?
1) - The student's seat number in high school, and a copy of it for each of the ability tests he wishes to take.
2 - (2) personal photos for those wishing to take these tests.

This stage is limited to Egyptian high school students only, and the dates for conducting the ability tests for students who have obtained equivalent certificates (Arab-foreign), diplomas of industrial technical institutes, and industrial technical schools of the (5,3) year system will be announced later in light of the conditions and rules of admission, after the results of these students appear.
