" تصور مقترح لتطبيق محددات الرشاقة الاستراتيجية داخل مراكز الشباب " (دراسة تطبيقية علي مراكز الشباب بمحافظة أسيوط) " استهدف البحث إلي وضع تصور مقترح لتطبيق محددات الرشاقة الاستراتيجية داخل مراكز الشباب بمحافظة أسيوط، واستخدم الباحث المنهج الوصفي، وكان الاستبيان من أهم أدوات جمع البيانات، تم اختيار عينة البحث بالطريقة العمدية الطبقية من العاملين بمراكز الشباب بمحافظة أسيوط من المستويات الإدارية المختلفة، والبالغ عددهم(189)، وكانت أهم النتائج أن الوزن النسبي لمدى توافر محددات الرشاقة الإستراتيجية داخل مراكز الشباب بمحافظة أسيوط بالنسبة للمستويات الإدارية الثلاثة بلغت(0.52)، حيث بلغت(0.70) بالنسبة للإدارة العليا، و(0.52) بالنسبة للإدارة الوسطي، (0.51) بالنسبة للإدارة التنفيذية، كما توصل الباحث إلي التصور المقترح لتطبيق محددات الرشاقة الإستراتيجية داخل مراكز الشباب بمحافظة أسيوط. "A Proposed Scenario to Apply the Strategic Agility Determinants within a Youth Center" "Applied Study on the Youth Center in Assiut Governorate" The study aims to develop a suggested scenario for applying the strategic agility determinants within the youth centers in Assiut Governorate. The researcher has used the descriptive method and the questionnaire was one of the most important data collection tools.The sample of the research was selected in intentional and classified manner from the employees in the youth centers in Assiut governorate from the various administrative levels of 189. The most important result was that the relative weight of the availability of the strategic agility determinants within the ASIO youth centers for the three administrative levels was 0.52, with 0.70 for the senior management, 0.52 for the middle administration and 0.51 for the executive management, also the researcher has reached the proposed scenario for the application of the determinants of strategic agility in youth centers in Assiut Governorate.

" القيادة الاستراتيجية كمدخل لتطبيق الجودة الشاملة داخل الاتحادات الرياضية المصرية " استهدف البحث وضع تصور لمفاهيم القيادة الإستراتيجية لتطبيق إدارة الجودة الشاملة داخل الاتحادات الرياضية المصرية، واستخدم الباحث المنهج الوصفي، وكان الاستبيان من أهم أدوات جمع البيانات، تم اختيار عينة البحث بالطريقة العمدية الطبقية من القائمين علي العمل بالاتحادات الرياضية(اتحاد كرة اليد- اتحاد رفع الأثقال – اتحاد التايكوندو) وبلغ عددهم(158) فرد، و(445) من المستفيدين، وكانت أهم النتائج أن القائمين علي العمل يدركون ممارسات القيادة الإستراتيجية بنسبة(70%) بالنسبة لاتحاد كرة اليد، وبنسبة(66%) لاتحاد رفع الأثقال، وبنسبة(63%) لاتحاد التايكوندو، كما أظهرت النتائج مدى تطبيق إدارة الجودة الشاملة من وجهة نظر القائمين علي العمل، وكانت بنسبة(73%) بالنسبة لاتحاد كرة اليد، وبنسبة(61%) لاتحاد رفع الأثقال، وبنسبة(58%) لاتحاد التايكوندو، وأيضاً من وجهة نظر المستفيدين بلغت(63%) بالنسبة لاتحاد كرة اليد، وبنسبة(58%) لاتحاد رفع الأثقال، وبنسبة(60%) لاتحاد التايكوندو، كما توصل الباحث إلي التصور المقترح. "Strategic Leadership as an Introduction to the Application of Total Quality within the Egyptian Sports Federation" The research aims to conceptualize the concepts of strategic leadership for the application of TQM within the Egyptian sports federations. The researcher has used the descriptive method and the questionnaire was one of the most important data collection tools.The research sample was chosen in intentional and classified manner of the workers in the sports federations (Handball Federation, Weightlifting Federation, Taekwondo Federation) The total number of people was 158, and 445 beneficiaries. The most important result was that the operators left the strategic leadership practices with a percentage of 70% for the handball federation, 66% for weight lifting federation, 63% for the taekwondo federation. The results showed the extent of the application of TQM from the point of view of the workers and it was with a percentage of 73% for the handball federation, 61% for the weightlifting federation, 58% for the taekwondo federation, and also from the point of view of the beneficiaries was 63% for the handball federation, 58% for the weightlifting federation, and 60% for the taekwondo federation. As the researcher has reached to the proposed scenario.

الدعم التنظيمي وعلاقته بدافعية الإنجاز لدي إداري فرق كرة اليد بجمهورية مصر العربية استهدف البحث إلى التعرف على العلاقة بين الدعم التنظيمي ودافعية الإنجاز لدى إداري فرق كرة اليد بجمهورية مصر العربية, تم اختيار العينة بالطريقة العشوائية وبلغت (70) إداري لفرق كرة اليد لموسم 2015- 2016م, أستخدم الباحثان المنهج الوصفي لمناسبته لطبيعة الدراسة, ومن أدوات جمع البيانات أستمارة استبيان للدعم التنظيمي, مقياس لدافعية الإنجاز من تصميم الباحثين, وكانت أهم النتائج وجود علاقة طردية إيجابية بين الدعم التنظيمي ودافعية الإنجاز لدى إداري فرق كرة اليد. “Organizational Support and its Relationship with Achievement Motivation for the Managers of Handball Teams in the Arab Republic of Egypt” The research aims to identify the relationship between organizational support and achievement motivation for the managers of handball teams in the Arab Republic of Egypt. The sample was selected randomly. It reached to (70) managers of handball teams for the season of 2015 – 2016. The two researchers used the descriptive approach which is appropriate to the nature of the research. The data collection tools included a questionnaire for organizational support and a measure of achievement motivation. One of the most important results was a positive relationship between organizational support and achievement motivation for the managers of handball teams.

" خطة مقترحة لتحقيق الإلتزام التنظيمي للعاملين بالاتحاد المصري لكرة اليد في ضوء التسويق الداخلي " استهدف البحث وضع خطة مقترحة لتحقيق الإلتزام التنظيمي للعاملين بالاتحاد المصري لكرة اليد في ضوء التسويق الداخلي، واستخدم الباحث المنهج الوصفي، وكان الاستبيان من أهم أدوات جمع البيانات، تم اختيار عينة البحث بالطريقة العمدية الطبقية من العاملين بالاتحاد المصري لكرة اليد وبلغ عددهم(70) فرد، وكانت أهم النتائج توفر الإلتزام التنظيمي لدى العاملين بالاتحاد المصري لكرة اليد بنسبة(81%)، كما يتم تطبيق إجراءات وسياسات التسويق الداخلي داخل الاتحاد المصري لكرة اليد بنسبة(68%)، كما توصل الباحث إلي الخطة المقترحة لتحقيق الإلتزام التنظيمي للعاملين بالاتحاد المصري لكرة اليد. "A Proposed Plan to Achieve the Organizational Commitment of Employees of the Egyptian Handball Federation through Internal Marketing" The research aims to develop a proposed plan to achieve the organizational commitment of the employees of Egyptian handball federation in the light of internal marketing. The researcher has used the descriptive method. The questionnaire was one of the most important data collection tools.The research was chosen in an intentional manner from the employees of Egyptian Handball Federation, who were 70 persons. Providing the organizational commitment of the Egyptian handball federation employees was from the most important results with a percentage of 81%. As the internal marketing procedures and policies have been applied within the Egyptian handball federation with a percentage of 68%. The researcher has also reached the proposed plan to achieve the organizational commitment of the Egyptian handball federation employees.

" متطلبات تطبيق إدارة الجودة التسويقية داخل الاتحاد المصري لكرة اليد " استهدف البحث وضع وضع تصور مقترح لتطبيق إدارة الجودة التسويقية داخل الاتحاد المصري لكرة اليد، واستخدم الباحث المنهج الوصفي، وكان الاستبيان من أهم أدوات جمع البيانات، تم اختيار عينة البحث بالطريقة العمدية العشوائية من الإدارة العليا بالاتحاد المصري لكرة اليد وبلغ عددهم(40) فرد، ومن المستفيدين وبلغ عددهم(150) فرد ، وكانت أهم النتائج تطبق إدارة الجودة التسويقية من وجهة نظر الإدارة العليا داخل الاتحاد المصري لكرة اليد بنسبة(75%)، أما المستفيدين يروا أن إدارة الجودة التسويقية تطبق داخل الاتحاد المصري لكرة اليد بنسبة(55%)، التوصل إلي التصور المقترح لتطبيق إدارة الجودة التسويقية داخل الاتحاد المصري لكرة اليد. "Requirements of the Application of Marketing Quality Management within the Egyptian Handball Federation" the research aims to develop a proposed scenario for the application of marketing quality management within the Egyptian handball federation. The researcher has used the descriptive method and the questionnaire was one of the most important data collection tools. The sample was selected in intentional random manner by the senior management of the Egyptian Handball Federation, who were 40 persons and the beneficiaries were 150 persons. The implementation of marketing quality management from the point of view of the senior management within the Egyptian Handball Federation was from the most important results with a percentage of 75%, while the beneficiaries see that the quality management of marketing applied within the Egyptian handball Federation with a percentage of 55 % and reaching the proposed scenario for the application of marketing quality management within the Egyptian Handball Federation.
