Important announcement regarding the uniform for students of the Faculty of Sports Sciences, Assiut University 2025

As the new academic year approaches, the Faculty of Sports Sciences, Assiut University, extends a warm welcome to its new and returning students. We are pleased to remind our dear students of the uniform for each academic year as follows:
? First year: Orange T-shirt + Brown shorts
? Second year: Maroon T-shirt + Black shorts
? Third year: Blue T-shirt + Black shorts
? Fourth year: Gray T-shirt + Black shorts
In addition to:
? Light sports shoes (black or gray) for all grades.
? White socks for all grades.
? Navy training suits for all grades.
? #Notice for female students: Female students are required to wear black sweatpants for all grades, while adhering to the rest of the approved uniform.
? #Important_Notice: The uniforms for the second and fourth grades will be provided to students by the college at the beginning of the academic year.

As part of the digital transformation and enhancement of student services, Assiut University announces the launch of the University Student Platform, the central electronic portal for providing student services digitally and conveniently.

A number of electronic forms for the services provided by the Administrative Information Systems Development Center.

Important announcement of the 2025 aptitude test results

We announce to our students that the results of the aptitude tests for applicants are now available through the official electronic coordination website.
?Students can view the results by following these steps:
1️⃣ Log in to the electronic coordination website:

  https://tansik.digital.gov.eg
2️⃣ Select "Aptitude Test Results"
3️⃣ Select the type or source of your secondary school certificate
4️⃣ Enter your seating number
5️⃣ Enter your student's national ID number
6️⃣ Enter the confirmation code and click "View Results"
? On this occasion, the college administration extends its sincere congratulations to the accepted students who successfully passed the aptitude tests, wishing them continued success in their future university careers.

Continuous follow-up of the 2025 aptitude tests

As part of the Faculty of Sports Sciences' commitment to ensuring the efficient and orderly conduct of aptitude tests, Professor Dr. Emad Samir, Dean of the Faculty, accompanied by Professor Dr. Yasser Hassan, Vice Dean for Education and Student Affairs, Professor Dr. Ahmed Khedry, Vice Dean for Graduate Studies and Research, and Professor Dr. Mustafa El-Sebaei, Vice Dean for Community Service and Environmental Development, continues his meticulous field monitoring of the aptitude tests for high school students applying to the Faculty for the 2025/2026 academic year.
During his inspection tours, His Excellency ensured that students were regularly present in the examination committees, ensuring that all standards governing the process were being implemented, providing an appropriate environment for student performance, and emphasizing adherence to the regulatory procedures approved by the Ministry of Higher Education and the Supreme Council of Universities. His Excellency also commended the efforts of the faculty members and staff involved in organizing the exams, commending the excellent organization, discipline, and precision in performance. He emphasized that the college, with all its departments, is committed to supporting its students and providing all means necessary to ensure the integrity and fairness of the assessment. This comes under the patronage and support of His Excellency Professor Dr. Ahmed El-Minshawy, President of Assiut University, and his keen interest in ensuring the smooth running of the aptitude tests across the university's faculties and ensuring the comfort and safety of its students.

The second meeting of the 2025 aptitude test committees

As part of the ongoing meticulous organizational efforts of the Faculty of Sports Sciences, Assiut University, for the aptitude tests for new students applying to the college for the 2025/2026 academic year,
and under the kind patronage of His Excellency Professor Dr. Ahmed El-Minshawy, President of the University, and His Excellency Professor Dr. Ahmed Abdel-Mawla, Vice President for Education and Student Affairs,
the second meeting of the Dean of the College with the aptitude test committees was held this morning, Saturday, July 26, 2025. The meeting was chaired by Professor Dr. Emad Samir, Dean of the College, and attended by the following deputies:
▪ Professor Dr. Yasser Hassan, Vice Dean for Education and Student Affairs
▪ Professor Dr. Ahmed Khedry, Vice Dean for Graduate Studies and Research
▪ Professor Dr. Mustafa El-Sebaei, Vice Dean for Community Service and Environmental Development
The meeting was attended by a number of faculty members participating in the second group of the aptitude test organizing committees. The Dean of the College reviewed the organizational tasks of the committees responsible for the tests. During the second week, he emphasized the continuation of full readiness to receive students in a distinguished organizational and disciplined atmosphere.
? After reviewing the organizing committees and accurately explaining the required tasks, paths, and procedures, the Dean listened to the inquiries and suggestions of the faculty members participating in the examination committees and answered all questions. He emphasized the importance of full coordination and exchange of views, which contributes to improving performance and ensuring quality implementation.
? During the meeting, the Dean of the College extended his sincere thanks and appreciation to the faculty members and staff involved in organizing the activities of the first group, appreciating their commendable efforts, meticulous organization, and full commitment to procedures and standards. These efforts had a clear positive impact on the success of the first week of examinations and demonstrated a positive image of the Faculty of Sports Sciences at Assiut University.
During the meeting, the Dean emphasized a set of basic controls that must be adhered to during the examination process, including:
? Continuing to apply standards of transparency, fairness, and equal opportunities for all students.
? Adherence to the approved height and weight measurements (165 cm for boys, 155 cm for girls), without exception.
? Ensuring the readiness of all testing locations and providing the necessary technical, medical, and organizational support.
? Full cooperation between the various committees.
? Warm welcome for students and parents, and providing the necessary guidance and support.
? The meeting concluded with a reaffirmation that the college, with direct support from the university presidency, is proceeding with the implementation of an integrated plan aimed at providing the best organizational environment for aptitude tests, in a manner befitting the name and status of the Faculty of Sports Sciences, Assiut University.

Visit of His Excellency the University President to the 2025 Aptitude Tests

Visit | Assiut University President Inspects the Progress of the Aptitude Tests at the Faculty of Sports Sciences
As part of his field monitoring of the progress of the aptitude tests for high school students applying to the Faculty of Sports Sciences at Assiut University for the 2025/2026 academic year, His Excellency Professor Dr. Ahmed El-Minshawy, President of the University, made an official visit to the college on the morning of Wednesday, July 23, 2025. The visit aimed to monitor the regularity of students' performance in the tests and assess the college's readiness and organizational efficiency.
He was received by Professor Dr. Emad Samir, Dean of the College; Professor Dr. Yasser Hassan, Vice Dean for Education and Student Affairs; Professor Dr. Ahmed Khedry, Vice Dean for Graduate Studies and Research; Professor Dr. Mustafa El-Sebaei, Vice Dean for Community Service and Environmental Development; and a group of faculty members. The visit included an inspection tour of the physical and skill testing sites, as well as the service facilities designated for students during the assessment period. The University President praised the good organization and discipline observed in the examination administration, appreciating the efforts made by the college administration, faculty members, and staff to ensure a safe and well-prepared environment that enables students to take the exams with the highest levels of efficiency and comfort.
This visit comes within the framework of Assiut University's commitment to providing the utmost support and care for its students and affirming its commitment to providing an educational and testing environment characterized by integrity and transparency. The university administration attaches great importance to the admissions process for practical colleges, particularly those requiring aptitude tests, to ensure the selection of qualified candidates, both academically and physically, in line with the nature and requirements of the study.
Professor Dr. Ahmed El-Minshawy emphasized during the visit that the university spares no effort in supporting its colleges in various structural, organizational, and human resources aspects to ensure the continued provision of high-quality educational and training services. He noted that the university places students at the forefront of its priorities and always strives to provide a comprehensive university experience that includes academic qualifications, psychological support, and various activities. His Excellency also praised the active role played by the College of Sports Sciences in discovering and nurturing young athletic talent, emphasizing that the college is a vital entity contributing to strengthening the university's position locally and internationally in the field of sports sciences. He also emphasized that the university will continue to provide all forms of support to develop its sports education and training system. For his part, Professor Dr. Emad Samir, Dean of the College, expressed his great happiness with the visit of the University President, stressing that this visit represents significant moral support for the work system within the college and reflects the university administration's commitment to closely monitoring field details. His Excellency also indicated that the college has prepared early for the aptitude tests by forming specialized work teams, equipping the infrastructure to suit the nature of the tests, and providing all means of comfort and facilitation for applicants. This is in implementation of the university's directives to improve the quality of both the educational and elective processes.

The College Council will meet today, Monday, July 21, 2025.

Today, Monday, July 21, 2025, the College Council held its (263)th session, chaired by Professor Dr. Emad Samir, Dean of the College and Chairman of the Council, and attended by Council members from the College's vice deans and faculty members.
Professor Dr. Emad Samir, Dean of the College, began the session by welcoming the attendees. The Council then discussed a number of important topics across the College's various sectors. In the Graduate Studies and Research Sector, the Council addressed issues related to the formation of discussion committees for researchers, approving registration and grant decisions, reviewing the promotions of some faculty members, and directing the need to complete the work of the Graduate Studies Control Centers as quickly as possible.
In the Education and Student Affairs Sector, His Excellency discussed some matters related to the College's aptitude tests and the need for everyone to work together to ensure they are presented in a manner befitting and transparent, meeting everyone's aspirations and maintaining a respectable image. The council also discussed topics related to community service and environmental development, reviewing a number of proposals related to activating the college's activities in this regard. Ways to develop the university and service environment to serve the educational and student systems were also discussed. The meeting concluded with a presentation of several visions and ideas targeting development and innovation within the college, in light of the administration's ongoing pursuit of excellence and leadership for the Faculty of Sports Sciences at Assiut University, and its continued support for academic, scientific, and administrative progress.اعلاناعلان

Announcement of the 2025 Graduation Ceremony

Under the kind patronage of His Excellency Professor Dr. Ahmed El-Menshawy, President of Assiut University, and His Excellency Professor Dr. Ahmed Abdel-Mawla, Vice President for Education and Student Affairs,
and under the supervision of His Excellency Professor Dr. Emad Samir, Dean of the Faculty of Sports Sciences, and Professor Dr. Yasser Hassan, Vice Dean for Education and Student Affairs,
the Faculty of Sports Sciences, Assiut University, is honored to announce the organization of the "Graduates' Day Ceremony" for the academic year 2024/2025.
The ceremony will celebrate the graduation of the 42nd batch (males) and the 25th batch (females) on Thursday, July 24, 2025, at 7:00 PM, at the university's Nile Grand Hall.
This ceremony is part of the college's commitment to strengthening ties, celebrating its graduates, and honoring their efforts during their years of study.
