As part of the Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research's commitment to the interests of students, Professor Dr. Ayman Ashour, Minister of Higher Education and Scientific Research, has directed that the application period for aptitude tests for high school students be extended until Wednesday, July 30, 2025.

Receiving students' applications 24 hours a day until the specified date, for registration and booking aptitude tests for colleges that require passing these tests for admission.

The Dean of the College inspects the aptitude tests.

An inspection tour by the Dean of the Faculty to monitor the progress of the aptitude tests at the Faculty of Sports Sciences, Assiut University.
As part of his meticulous field monitoring and constant commitment to ensuring smooth running of the program, Professor Dr. Emad Samir, Dean of the Faculty of Sports Sciences, Assiut University, accompanied by the Vice Deans of the Faculty, Professor Dr. Yasser Hassan, Vice Dean for Education and Student Affairs, Professor Dr. Ahmed Khedry, Vice Dean for Graduate Studies and Research, and Professor Dr. Mustafa El-Sebaei, Vice Dean for Community Service and Environmental Development, conducted an inspection tour this morning of the aptitude test facilities for new students applying to the faculty for the new academic year.
The tour included an inspection of the various stages of the tests, starting with registration and reception procedures, followed by grouping, medical examinations, height and weight measurements, and a physique test. The inspection also included ongoing control procedures. During the tour, the Dean of the College praised the discipline of the organizing committees and the group supervisors' commitment to providing a suitable environment for students. He also commended the cooperation between all working teams, including faculty members, the administrative staff, and all those responsible for the tests.
His Excellency emphasized that the College attaches great importance to implementing the aptitude tests in accordance with the standards set by the Ministry of Higher Education and the Supreme Council of Universities, while ensuring the principles of equal opportunity and complete transparency.
At the conclusion of his tour, Professor Dr. Emad Samir, Dean of the College, thanked all those involved in organizing the tests, stressing the need to continue daily inspection tours to monitor progress and overcome any obstacles that students may encounter, ensuring a distinguished and safe experience for all applicants.اعلاناعلان

The Dean of the College meets with the aptitude test committees.

As part of the final preparations for the aptitude tests at the Faculty of Sports Sciences, Assiut University, and based on the Faculty of Sports Sciences' commitment to organizing aptitude tests for new students according to the highest standards of accuracy and discipline, the Faculty of Sports Sciences, Assiut University, is graciously sponsoring the tests for new students under the kind patronage of His Excellency Professor Dr. Ahmed El-Menshawy, President of the University, and His Excellency Professor Dr. Ahmed Abdel-Mawla, Vice President for Education and Student Affairs.

Professor Dr. Emad Samir, Dean of the Faculty, held an expanded meeting on Saturday morning, July 19, 2025, with the faculty members participating in the aptitude test committees for the 2025/2026 academic year. The meeting was attended by a number of faculty members and organizing committee members. The Dean of the College reviewed the composition of the committees responsible for conducting the tests and spoke with them in detail about the testing tracks, both the physical track and the skills track, which requires the applicant to have obtained an accredited championship. His Excellency also emphasized the necessity of calculating mass in the weight and height process, emphasizing that no exceptions will be made. He indicated that the height allocated for boys is no less than 165 cm, and the height allocated for girls is no less than 155 cm, taking into account the weight. In the same context, he opened the floor to inquiries from the heads and members of the testing committees, and explained many of the new points, emphasizing the most important organizational and technical controls and procedures that must be adhered to during the implementation of the tests, which he outlined in the following points: -
? Full adherence to the approved scientific standards for conducting the tests, to ensure transparency, fairness, and equal opportunities for all applicants. ? Preparing all examination venues and locations, including playgrounds, halls, and laboratories, in a manner befitting the college's name, and providing all means of comfort and safety for students.
? Welcoming students and parents warmly, and providing them with the necessary support and guidance during the examination period, reflecting the college's civilized image.
? Collaborating and cooperating with all committee members, including faculty members, support staff, and administrators, to ensure that examinations are conducted in a disciplined and organized atmosphere.
? Strict adherence to examination schedules, and reviewing the equipment and measuring instruments to ensure their complete readiness.
? In this regard, the college administration affirms that Assiut University, under the patronage of His Excellency Professor Dr. Ahmed El-Minshawy, President of the University, strives to provide full support and care to students and to provide the necessary facilities to ensure a distinguished educational and training environment, both during the examination period and throughout their future university careers.
At the conclusion of the meeting, the Dean of the Faculty expressed his complete confidence in the ability of the Faculty's work teams to organize the aptitude tests in a distinguished manner, befitting the history and stature of the Faculty of Sports Sciences at Assiut University. He wished all applicants success and emphasized that the Faculty is open to a new generation of ambitious athletes.

Important announcement for students applying for exams in light of the start of the implementation of aptitude tests at the college.

In light of the commencement of the aptitude tests at the college, the college administration urges all applicants to fully adhere to the following instructions. This is to ensure that the tests proceed in an orderly and disciplined manner and achieve the best possible performance:
First: Attendance ⏰️
All students scheduled for the test (on the first day) must be present at 8:00 AM in Auditorium (1) within the college.
Tardiness is not permitted, and those who are late may be excluded from the day's test.
? Second: Adherence to organizational instructions
Each student will move only within their group, and random movement within the college is prohibited.
Full compliance with the instructions of the group supervisor is required, as they are solely responsible for directing and organizing the students' movements.
Leaving the group or taking the test individually is prohibited under any circumstances.
? Third: Sportswear
Each student must adhere to the following attire during exams:
Sports T-shirt
Appropriate sports shorts for boys and appropriate pants for girls
Sports socks
Light sports shoes suitable for movement and physical activity
Any student who does not adhere to the specified sportswear will not be permitted to enter.
? Fourth: Appearance and General Conduct
Adherence to personal hygiene and a proper appearance reflects the student's discipline and respect for themselves and the college.
It is necessary to demonstrate good morals and polite behavior throughout their time on campus.
It is strictly forbidden to cause problems or engage in altercations with colleagues or supervisors. Anyone who violates this is subject to accountability, which may include disqualification from the exam.
? Fifth: Inquiries and Questions
If you have any questions, please contact the group supervisor directly.
It is forbidden to communicate with any other officials during exams or to wander around in search of information without prior coordination.
? Sixth: Parents
A guardian is strictly prohibited from accompanying the student inside the testing area.
Travel to take the test must be done collectively with the group only, without any escort.
Parents are requested to remain in waiting areas outside the examination halls to maintain order and privacy.
? Seventh: Test Performance
Students are advised to make the maximum effort possible in all areas of the physical and skill test to achieve the best result that guarantees their admission according to the criteria.
Focus, discipline, and good appearance are important elements taken into account in the comprehensive evaluation.
? We emphasize that these instructions are mandatory for all students, and any violation of them may affect the student's performance in the tests.

Important announcement for students regarding course results grievance fees starting from the 2025/2026 academic year.

We would like to inform our students that the University Council, in its session No. 767, held on June 29, 2025, decided the following regarding course grievance fees:
# Setting the grievance fee per subject at the university's colleges and institutes at EGP 200, effective from the 2025/2026 academic year.
# The full amount paid will be refunded if a grade recording error is proven.
? All students are requested to adhere to the above when submitting grievance requests. Please note that applications that do not adhere to the established financial rules will not be considered.
