Under the patronage of Mr. Prof. Dr. Samah Mohamed Abdullah, Dean of the College, and Mr. Prof. Dr. Fatima Rushdi Mohamed, Vice Dean of the College for Education and Student Affairs, and under the supervision of Mr. Prof. Dr. Nima Mohamed Al-Maghrabi, Head of the Department of Family and Community Health Nursing, and with the follow-up of the faculty members and the assistant staff in the department.

Practical training includes presenting topics to school students on first aid, nutrition at school age, parasitic diseases, skin diseases, personal hygiene, obesity, diabetes in children, and respiratory diseases.

As well as providing useful topics for women who frequent maternal and child care centers, such as nutrition during pregnancy, care during pregnancy and after childbirth, breastfeeding, and family planning methods, as well as inspecting the water station and following up on the refining process, as well as knowing the correct mechanisms inside the station.

Professor Dr. Samah Muhammad Abdullah, Dean of the College, and Professor Dr. Fatima Rushdi Muhammad, Vice Dean of the College for Education and Student Affairs, extend their heartfelt congratulations to their students for advancing to the final round and reaching the final stage in the Ideal Student Competition at the university level, and for the College obtaining three places out of the first ten places in the competition. Under the patronage of Professor Dr. Ahmed Al-Minshawy, President of the University, Professor Dr. Ahmed Abdel Mawla, Vice President of the University for Education and Student Affairs, the leadership of Professor Dr. Samah Muhammad Abdullah, Dean of the College, the supervision of Professor Dr. Fatima Rushdi, Vice President of the College for Education and Student Affairs, and the follow-up of Professor Dr. Mervat Anwar Abd. Al-Aziz, Head of the Critical Care and Emergency Nursing Department, with the participation and supervision of the faculty members and the supporting staff, the students perform the practical aspect in the laboratories and hospitals of Assiut University.

The training locations include intensive care in the heart hospital, cardiothoracic surgery care, emergency care, trauma care, general care, anesthesia care, and the rest of the critical units at the university, so that students can fully benefit from practical training. Providing adequate nursing care to critically ill patients in intensive care and emergency care. Increasing students’ skills, activating the role of students within university hospitals, investing in their energies, urging them to belong to the profession, and consolidating effective communication between students and patients within the hospital.
