In an atmosphere filled with enthusiasm and optimism, Professor Fatma Roshdy Mohamed—Dean of the Faculty of Nursing—along with Professor Ikram Ibrahim Mohamed (Vice Dean for Postgraduate Studies and Research), Professor Nahed Shawkat Abu El-Magd (Vice Dean for Community Service and Environmental Development), Ms. Iman Ghadir Mustafa (Secretary-General of the Faculty), and the Youth Welfare supervisors, welcomed both new and returning students today. This marked the first day of the 2026/2027 academic year, signaling the beginning of a new journey of learning, hard work, and hope toward a better future.

The college administration has taken great care to create a comprehensive educational environment, ensuring that classrooms, laboratories, and campus grounds are well-prepared to welcome students in a manner befitting the college’s esteemed status and distinguished history.

Faculty members, staff, and the Student Union extended a warm welcome to the students, providing the support and guidance necessary for them to embark on an academic year defined by diligence and hard work.

Emphasis was also placed on the importance of active participation in the college’s diverse student activities. These activities are an integral part of the educational process, as they foster the development of leadership, teamwork, and creativity, while helping to shape the character of university students—empowering them to face future challenges with confidence and competence.

The first day of the academic year is more than just the start of a new term; it is the first step toward excellence, creativity, and the realization of one’s dreams.

The Faculty is confident that its students will continue to uphold its reputation through their academic achievements, exemplary conduct, and active participation in various initiatives.
