The college honors its exemplary students this year.
Under the patronage of Mr. Prof. Dr. Dwaib Hussein Saber, Dean of the College, 
and Mr. Prof. Dr. Rajab Muhammad Al-Kahlawi, Vice Dean of the College for Education 
and Student Affairs, the college was keen to honor this year’s exemplary students. 
Dr. Dwaib Hussein Saber assured his children of; The necessity of maintaining 
the integration between their scientific excellence, the educational aspect, 
the development of personal skills, and the enjoyment of the components of the mind, 
awareness, culture, and sports and creative skills.
Dr. Rajab Muhammad Al-Kahlawi also urged them to compete strongly during the next stage 
at the university level and to represent the college and themselves in the best possible 
way and that they are capable of achieving the highest ranks at all levels.

His Excellency assured them that academic excellence prepares them for the labor market, 
but an integrated personality qualifies them to enter strongly into the arena of life, 
which is a distinction between an ordinary personality and a balanced personality that 
has the elements of mind, awareness, and culture.

Dr. Ahmed El-Menshawy, President of Assiut University, issued a decision; Appointing 
Dr. Ragab Muhammad Al-Sayyid Ahmed, Professor in the Department of Public Law at 
the Faculty of Law, as Vice Dean of the Faculty of Law for Education and Student Affairs, 
for a period of three years.

Dr. Ahmed Al-Minshawy directed Dr. Rajab Muhammad Al-Sayed to continue working 
efficiently and effectively. To advance the level of the educational process at 
the college, and to take all steps that would contribute to providing all services 
provided to students within the framework of the institutional work environment, 
and to emphasize the stability of the educational process, the application of quality 
standards, and cooperation with various parties of the educational system; To improve 
the level of performance in implementing plans and raising the educational level;

The college discussed the public dissertation for obtaining a doctorate in law entitled: “Civil Liability for the Harms of Smoking,” presented by the researcher: Aya Yasser Maher.

•The committee recommended granting the researcher a doctorate in law with a grade 
of very good.

The college invites researchers to attend these scientific forums because they enrich 
them at the scientific level and expose them to different schools of jurisprudence 
by elite jurists in Egypt and the Arab world.

Under the patronage of Professor Dr. Dwaib Hussein Saber, Dean of the College, 
Professor Dr. Muammar Rateeb, Vice Dean of the College for Community Service and 
Environmental Development Affairs, and Professor Dr. Rajab Al-Kahlawi, Vice Dean of 
the College for Education and Student Affairs, the College organized a course in 
the field of civil protection at the College in the presence of Major General 
Ibrahim Anous, the University’s Advisor for Security, and Professor Mohamed Abdel-Aal, 
director of civil protection at the university.
Dr. Dwaib Hussein Saber confirmed that the university and college spare no effort in 
supporting the Civil Protection Department to carry out its mission in preserving human 
resources, by organizing many training courses and workshops to introduce people to 
how to deal with various crises and how to intervene quickly to save lives and facilities. 
And property in anticipation of any circumstance.
In this regard, His Excellency also praised the keenness of the university administration, 
under the patronage of Professor Dr. Ahmed Al-Minshawy, President of the University, 
to spread the culture of civil protection and introduce mechanisms for dealing with 
various crises, calling on the trainees to make the maximum possible benefit from 
the training and to spread the training experiences among their colleagues and all 
those around them to achieve the greater goal of Training is to spread the culture
