Today, Sunday 12/17/2023, the college discussed the public dissertation for obtaining a doctorate degree in law entitled: “The limits of the opponents’ requests in the annulment lawsuit, a comparative study” submitted by the researcher: Mora Adel Abdullah The committee to discuss and judge the thesis was composed of: •Professor Dr. Tharwat Abdel-Aal Former professor of public law and dean of the faculties of law at South Valley University and Aswan, supervisor and president.
•Professor Dr. Rajab Muhammad Al-Sayed Al-Kahlawi Professor of public law Vice Dean of the Faculty of Law for Education and Student Affairs, Assiut University. •Professor Dr. Othman Abdel Qader Professor and Head of the Civil Procedure Law Department Consultant Dr. Taha Saeed Vice President of the State Council •The committee recommended granting the researcher a doctorate in law with a good grade. The college invites researchers to attend these scientific forums because they enrich them at the scientific level and expose them to different schools of jurisprudence by elite jurists in Egypt and the Arab world.
