The Board was presented with the approval of the Council of the Department of Mechanical Engineering and the Graduate Committee to review how to ensure the accuracy of the department's master's and doctoral thesis and the commitment of students to attend the section's panel discussions.Resolution: Council approved.1- The supervisory committee should submit a quotation report on the master's and doctoral dissertations from the Digital Library of the Supreme Council of Universities before submitting the application for the formation of the committee to judge the letter.2- All students of higher studies in the department are obliged to attend the symbeacons for other studies in the department by a minimum of five times. The attendance is approved by the chief supervisor and the head of the department before approving the simanar procedure either to restrict the point of research or to form a committee to judge the letter.

College Council 1082 for Cultural Relations

Cultural Relations 1- The Board of The Mining and Metals Engineering Section and the Cultural Relations Committee have submitted the request of Mr. Dr. Abdul Fattah Al-Badri, Assistant Professor of The Department on approval to attend the 13th International Conference on Mining, Petroleum and Metals Engineering, which It will be held from 25-27/10/2019 in Suez, where his sovereignty has an acceptable discussion at the conference.2- The Board was presented with the approval of the Board of Electrical Engineering department for the visit of Mr. Prof Tammam Tillo to the Electrical Engineering Department during September 2019 from the State of Italy. The university shall not incur any expenses.Resolution: Approved by the Council.

College Council No. 1082 for Education and Student Affairs (Construction Engineering and Project Management Program.)

Construction engineering and project management program. The Council was presented with the approval of the Committee for Education and Students Affairs on the decision of the Executive Academic Committee of the Construction Engineering and Project Management Program on the formation of summer semester examination committees for the academic year 2018/2019.Other topics 1- The Council was offered to adopt all the results for all working departments and programs.Resolution: Approved by the Council.

 Community service and environmental development1- The Council was presented with a discussion of the item "Development and Quality Works", which is related to the community service sector and environmental development in the college.Resolution: Inform the Council.2. The Council was presented with a briefing by the Committee on Community Service and Environmental Development with the response of the Civil Engineering Department regarding the existence of some irregularities related to the occupational safety and health requirements of the department.Resolution: The Council was informed.3- The council presented the proposal to open the door of apprenticeships for preparatory students in the workshops of the Faculty of Engineering.Resolution: The Council was informed.
